Ordered a #9 and the soft tacos shells were ice cold? Asked for sauces when ordering, none in the bag. Asked for no ice in my water, and had to remind the gentleman at the window NO ice as he was making it. Saddly, the gardening service was there with about 8 cars in line at 12:30 pm. Could not here them to complete my order until I was at the Window.
Drink was wrong kind. No sauce packets - despite being on their order screen in drive thru. Told order taker, "Some Diablo, and a few hot." He typed in 10 Diablo, 5 hot. A lot, but sizeable order of 4 burritos, 4 tacos, 2 chalupas, and 2 gorditas.Zero sauce packets.
We stopped by to pick up a burrito taco pack for dinner and went through the drive-thru. The line wasn't long only 2 cars. We had our food in about 5 minutes from the time of order to the time we drove away. They were efficient.The staff wasn't too friendly but not rude either. We were handed our food in a tray, which was a bit awkward.The hard tacos were broken but eatable. Everything else was good.The parking lot was clean and from what we could see so was the restaurant.We can recommend this place.
Dear taco bell, i am willing to, and wanting, to make a deal with you. I'll raise my rating to 5 stars if you bring back the Mexican pizza. I realize there's nothing really Mexican about your Mexican pizza. I'm okay with that. My fear is that it was canceled because it was considered racist. Every time I say I crave Mexican food and then suggest taco bell, I hear several moans from people. "Thats not Mexican food" some say. I say "I know I was kidding " and then I get a few laughs....yes tacos and burritos, tostadas, quesadillas etc are in fact Mexican dishes. The Mexican Pizza stands alone to be judged and I say Not Guilty! Free the Mexican Pizza from our memories and back into our stomachs! Back onto your menu. BRING BACK THE MEXICAN PIZZA NOW PLEASE. THANK YOU.
Super disappointed, they said they couldn't make the gordita crunch because they didn't have the things to make only to release the box meal the next day. I even tried to ask for the things on the side so I could put it together, and the guy was rude about it bummer. I really liked this place. I will find another location from now on.
The service was horrible, you could compare the look I got with a glare from the two girls at the window. They forgot my sauce and napkins, so I went back around, and once again it was a very cold interaction. The taco also was only half full of meat, and the cheese was poured outside of the shell. I work in the service industry, I know what they have to put up with so I brought a smile but was met with contempt. These girls should work in the back if they are this angry, or better yet, they should get an attitude adjustment.
Always great service and correct orders...plus they give me how many sauce packets I ask for.
This particular Taco Bell needs to work on listening to there customers. We said for here, they baged it up to go, there were no napkins in the bag, nor were there straws for our drinks, and these are not accessible to customers because of covid. Then we watched two guys order dine in also, get there food, sit down, went back to counter for napkins, straws and hot sauce....... Get it together workers!!
Taco shells were all cracked or missing pieces. Meat was cold. Made special requests (excluding/adding ingredient) that were not listened to, but I still paid for. Seems to be typical any time I order after 4pm.
Orders are never correct. Food always messy and if your delivering for any service (grub hub, Uber etc cancel order ahead of time! They will make you come inside and wait for long period of times and if you ask for a manager they all say they are the managers! It's very ghetto and unorganized! Don't waste your time money or effort!
