EVERY GD time I spend my hard earned money here, they get 9/10th of the order WRONG!!!! When I pay for extra items, I expect them!!!! Swear they do it on purpose!!! Add black beans doesn't mean substitute!!! Having a rude girl @ the window whom can't say anything after the customer forces out thank you first? If I could give this place a zero I would. Maria Garcia (the “manager’) helped me last night/morning (1 am). I was with my friend and we ordered a semi-large order. We left the line then checked the bag to see if everything was there. It was not. We were missing two tacos so we went back into line to get the ones that were missing. The ‘manager’ at the time (Maria Garcia) told her employees that she put them in the bag when she didn’t. We weren’t asking for free food, we just said that we were missing two tacos and to check the recept from a few orders ago to check if they were on the order because we didn’t ask for the receipt. They didn’t check the receipt and Maria took our bag and rudely had her employees give us the tacos (for free) that were missing. We would’ve happily paid for them if we didn’t pay for them originally but she was very rude, unprofessional, and called us a bitch’ by the end of it. I will be posting videos on Tik Tok because we’ve been through this drive through before and idk what kind of water they’re drinking but it seems it’s all poisoned and their employees need an exorcism.
absolutely disgusting!!! Vibes all the way off they messed up my order twice and then when i took a bite of my soft taco supreme I INSTANTLY spit it out it tasted like chemicals. All of my food was terrible very sad :(
Do not go here if you want any taco sauce. Whoever works the drive thru now will never put sauce in with the order. I gave them many chances but they haven't given me sauce the last 4 times I tried to get food there. They will ask what sauce you want but there will be none in the order. You have been warned.
Ordered 2 Crunchwraps, and they forgot the meat... there's almost always something wrong with the order at this particular store but this was a new level of disappointment ?
This location is ridiculous. They get my order wrong every single time. I specifically asked for no tomatoes and all my items have tomatoes. Also, why ask what kind of sauce we want if you NEVER EVER put any in the bag?? Thus isn’t just a once in a while occurrence. It’s every single time. Come on. Do better.
I don’t know what has happened to this Taco Bell. It used to be a good place to go. When it went under new management a while back. 50% of the time you don’t get what you order, you have to ask for sauce and napkins, the burritos have almost nothing them. You are eating flour tortilla and forget about the crunch wrap supreme‘s that’s just tortilla and shell and lettuce ! I will quit going! My last three experiences have been horrible. And now I’m throwing away the beef Powerbowl that tastes awful! The crunch wrap supreme tonight was limp falling apart because it was mostly lettuce. No cheese sauce, no beans I can taste a little bit of beef and I could taste a whole lot of lettuce and some sour cream. Food isn’t even hot.
Well, it tasted really good! I haven't had it in a while so coming back again was a treat! Good job Taco Bell
