Got here few mins before pickup time. I tell lady with glasses the name on order and she points to empty table says its not ready.13mins past pickup time a bunch of orders get put on the pickup table so i stand and wait for mine but i get approached by Spanish speaking lady.She tell me in Spanish its not ready because they forgot to give the order to the chef to make..This whole time my order was never being made just a ticket sitting at register while so many other orders got finished.They said it'd be about 6 maybe 10 minutes. I get zero apology just a scared Spanish speaking woman and the older lady with glasses is avoiding talking to me because its her fault.Im never picking up here again sushi chiyo is so much better and smells cleaner than this place. Its not ventilated well so it reeks.
I paid for my food to go and I was missing my spicy mayo so I went back in and asked for it which I did get but then I was disrespected by the waiter saying I need to pay the cashier a dollar like why do I need to do that if my spicy mayo has already been paid for, your basically asking me to tip you for a mistake on their end which doesn’t make sense to me at all so I don’t see myself coming back to this restaurant location
Definetely not my best experience with them. Half of the California rolls had rotten Avacado so that sucks.
This place is good if definitely come back the staff are super friendly sushi was really well made fresh on the spot
I had a wonderful experience! The food was great and they have good prices. I’m happy to pay the increased price because you can tell the quality is great!
I absolutely love sushi, I like going out to get it every opportunity I can, however, the sushi I just had at Sushi Hana is by far the worst experience I ever had.To sample their quality in sushi, we ordered a simple salmon sushi. It came out looking like it just came out of a butcher shop, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt.As soon as it entered my mouth, I wanted to vomit. The sushi rice itself was chewy and too compacted. The salmon was old with a lingering taste of fishiness which indicates that it going bad.I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Worst decor in any sushi place. Conveyor was not well stocked. The staff have to bring you ginger and wasabi, and they seem annoyed when you want more. Food was good.
Again this place is great. Consistently yummy and affordable. Ask the staff what is fresh and they will hook you up. Great for friends, family or by yourself. Regards, Karl Christian Brenneman
The team at this location had put away all their ingredients for the night but still offered to stay a little late to make my order. Awesome people!! Thanks for the late night sushi. Will for sure order earlier next time.
