Neat idea and priced well, but terribly unsanitary practices. The gentleman making the ice cream was friendly, but had neither gloves nor a mask. No, neither are a requirement, but gloves are typically standard for ready-to-eat foods like ice cream. That's not the worst of it, though. While preparing the ice cream, he was blowing the mist away from the ice cream! Yes, literally blowing on our ice cream! Because of this, he absolutely should have been wearing a mask.
Just had the dragons breath for the first time. They are soo fun to eat and they taste the best. I think this is one of the best deserts I've had every. I definitely recommend it and I give it five stars. Also shoutout to the lady that served me. She was so nice to me and my friend. Probably some of the best people I have met at a restaurant.
Sub Zero is the absolute best!! The owner is so friendly, the prices are very affordable, and the atmosphere is beyond amazing!! They made a real lifelong customer out of me! If you haven’t been then go for sure!! It’s beyond worth it and they have SO many menu options for all kinds of folks. I can’t wait to go again!
