Had not been to the Starbucks at W.S. since they moved to their new location. I wasn't sure the mall was open as there is advertising all over the doors and entry. Great location close to Nordstrom..

Horrible worst Starbucks experience ever. The girl taking my order was spaced out I had to repeat Order couple times. Then she was rude.My coffee tasted like water. It was a caramel latte, I told them they remade it but taste the same. I sent $27 for nothing. Ended up throwing my coffee to trash. The cake pops and other stuff we orders were also weird and greasy

Terrible, take forever to get the order ready even when to crowded or you order online.

I believe that the managers name is Grant.....he is, along with the rest of the staff, very welcoming.

Very nice service!!! Drinks do take about 5 minutes but the barista Jonny was very friendly!Nice to have a Starbucks in the mall

This Starbucks is HANDS DOWN the greatest Starbucks in the greater Portland area...if not the world. Everyone that works there is so kind and welcoming. They make every day more enjoyable. I know I will never be disappointed and they always brighten my day.

The Starbucks in Washington Square is a really nice open-air shop. There is a great selection of things to eat and the drinks are always made just right.Everyone there is always the friendliest. The are green circles on the floor to provide for 6-feet of Social Distancing. It is extremely convenient especially if you need a little caffeine-boost to amp up your shopping experience!

Omg I have never had a bad experience at a Starbucks EVER till visiting this one yesterday, the barista alishia was flat out rude and awful! We understand the social distancing but she literally yelled at line “can everyone just move back!!! “ and we looked down and we’re all standing on our circle, then when I get up to order I start talking and she stops and yells at someone behind and starts doing something for that customer, not even saying excuse me just one second I am sorry. Worst absolute worse customer service ever. It doesn’t take much to be nice she needs a lesson in that. Now the other barista was sweet and nice! She needs to be moved up to the front and put alishia to side where she doesn’t have to talk to any customers.

Easy in easy out. Nice people.
