Just grabbed a quick drink on the way through and it was made perfectly. The cost of Starbucks drinks have gone up quite a lot lately so i would recommend going to a local shop like The Napili Coffee Shop if you are up in the part of the island to spread the love around. Otherwise there is nothing wrong with the drink or service, just getting to the point of considering other options, even if you are a SB lover.
Asked for a grande pink drink with sc vanilla foam and was given a regular strawberry açaí refresher with no coconut milk … the looked really busy and I completely understand but im also paying for my drink to be made correctly… they should just take there time making the drink I understand some people are in a hurry but those people should not be in line if they dont at least have 5 min to get there drink made.
$8.90 for watery, thin, burned & dismal quality "coffee." Did not have time to turn around, I was already on the freeway. Starbucks has been predictably bad for a looong time. This was my first time buying from ANY STARBUCKS in about 5 months. I used to be a daily latte drinker, however repeatedly lousy coffee broke that habit pretty fast. A complete lack of alternatives is what led me to try one last time.
I made a mistake on my order at another nearby Starbucks. I brought in the order and told them I made the mistake and without hesitation Owen at the counter jumped in and said he would remake it. Stellar service for a mistake that wasn’t their fault!

Drive thru is always full you can't even enter to parking lot ,Super slow service, so..go there when you have a plenty of the time.
Typical lib Starbucks employees don’t want to work because they’re lazy and entitled, maybe if Starbucks stayed out of politics then they wouldn’t attract such worthless employees and this store would be open at 11:33am on a Sunday morning. STARBUCKS IS PATHETIC.
Only come here when you have lots of time to spare. They are SLOOOOOOOW.
Don't stop here! 5 times in the last 2 months they have been closed during their posted open business hours without notice. I've switched to other nearby locations that are actually open when they say they are. Not sure how ownership allows this to happen but hope it hurts them.
My favorite Starbucks! Everyone knows my order! Love my barista's you all are the best! Look forward to my daily cuppa!
