We had small great lunch here today!

All four times I've tried to come here this year the stalls are closed and it's drive thru only. I have a few (first world I do realize) problems with this. 1. This is a drive in style chain 2. I'm not waiting in a drive thru for people to get the assortment of the menu (ice cream creations, food, drinks) when all I get at Sonic is a soft drink. 3. Shorter orders can come out before even being ordered after other things at Sonic when they use the stalls. 4. It's not like it's cheap Sorry sonic, I hope you are able to hire up for the summer to do the stalls.

Well, it wasn’t exactly slow service it was no service. I guess slowness might’ve been part of the problem… I was waiting in my car, the third car from the one placing the order at the drive-through and it was taking them a long time. I must’ve waited 7 to 10 minutes just to have two employees, women, come out with striped roadblocks which they put in front of my car while laughing at me. They left and they gave no apology for what they did. I don’t care when you’re closing… You’re supposed to let the line go through before you close. In fact when I went to another local drive-through that’s exactly what they said they would have done. This was very poor customer service. I may just drive right by this place and never go in again.

As typical for a drive-in visit to anywhere I place my order, they asked if I want something else and I say no, but then I change my mind when I get to the window and order another item on top of my already ordered items. Well the girl at the window was incredibly kind and ordered my extra item with a smile even though I know she didn't want to smile she was really sweet. Thank you sweet window lady

Parked on the drive through side, after deciding on what to order the sonic person said they are not serving cars on that side of their lot, when I asked why they didn't have any notifications posted, also this was after a 10 minute wait, it was not her decision to make. I asked if a manager had the authority but received no answer. So drive around to the other side to place my order. When my order was brought to the car I had to ask the person two different times for missing items from what I ordered, it wasn't a pleasant experience, most likely will not be returning any time soon

So me and my friend went to the drive through stoll and we ordered a grilled cheese, fries & a drink and cheese sauce so nothing special! First, we got a wrong order ( she gave us 2 slushes ) we had it already in the car we thought one of the drink was our lemonade ! We figured out oh it’s not so I talked to the lady and she told us to give both slush’s back , so we did it . It Took them 35 min to bring our order to the car ! Then the forgot the cheese sauce ( no problem it happens) so the girl told me she will bring it rn ! We waited 12 extra minutes to get just a pack of cheese sauce ! So we spend 47min to get out small order … and when I got my cheese sauce the fries were cold

The sweetest staff ever!! My cat and I just went through the drive-thru, and they offered to give him a treat ❤️ They gave him a cup of whipped cream which absolutely MADE his day after his vet appointment.

Good wasn't great today. Popcorn chicken was luke-warm, onion ring on my burger was hard as a rock, but the hotdog was good. I'd say for nearly $14 the food could have been a bit better. Service was quick, and the staff were super friendly.

*update: called the location and the first person who answered had attitude while telling her manager that i wanted to talk to her. Then when i told the manager what happened, she paused for a few seconds and stated, with attitude, "and what do you want me to do about it?" really? Think it's time to go to DQ across the street.. i am not looking for free stuff, reimbursements, etc. Just want you to talk to your staff and keep that from happening again. Jeez..*I only go here for their slushes and blasts. However, lately their stuff hasn't been very good. Their blasts have had off tastes with the ice cream. Crystallization which indicates it's too old. Today really ticked me off. My mom went through to get an M&M blast and they gave her a cup that had ice cream pouring down the side. It got all over her and her car. I would leave a complaint for the franchise owner as they suggest in other comments but apparently the Tigard location does not exist, as it does not come up when searched for by zip, state, or city. So no store number available, thus can't even leave a comment...

Good and good value majority of times, BUT often workers are surly and make me question why they're even there- maybe its the smell that, I get blasted with at drive thru window, makes them ornery. Special deals never last long enough and I avoid certain foods due to bad experiences.
