Worst mexican grill ever been to all the ingredients tasted horrible not to mention they can barely roll burritos one of us had to ask for a bowl because the burrito was so poorly made go to any other mexican grill this was worst mexican grill experience ever I feel so disgusting after eating there would not recommend this place at all plus u have like 3 different people making your order then 3 or 4 people working around the people making your order over all just don't waiste your time here
the portion is great! I’m a chipotle girl but idk man, qdoba be bussssssssssin more lately ? might have to switch over lmao 2 things I will say though, the first few times I went in, there was this younger looking boy who I think was in training? He messed up my whole order and gave me the small bowl when I ordered the big one lol but it’s ok. People make mistakes! It was still good though lol just be more careful! And when scooping beans and stuff, make sure to not put all the “juices” cus my bowl looked like soup the last time i ordered lmao? ? Still will give y’all a 10/10!
I wish I could give this place 0 stars!! We recently moved here from Washington state where we frequented QDOBA often!! We have tried this location 3 times now and I will NEVER RETURN! The customer service is AWFUL and the food is sub par! When I would get a bowl back in Spokane it was always loaded! They skimp you on everything here!! But I wish I knew how to put into words just how HORRENDOUS the customer service is on every single level here!! Today I couldn’t help but laugh to myself that after the lady rung me up and I paid she literally left my good on her side of the counter and completely walked away from the area I was like ummmm are we finished? She just looked at me and kept walking away! I’m sad to say I gave them 3 tries to even remotely treat their customers with some kind of respect but nope they cannot and I will never give them another dime!! And from the looks of all the reviews I’m not the only one who feels this way!
I have always asked for a handful of chips to be tossed in the bag with my burrito to go. They usually kindly oblige so I always leave a nice tip. When I asked for a few chips for the drive home today, the mgr. advised me they don't do this. I mean really? You get free chips with a burrito bowl, but none with the more expensive burrito? Going downhill at this location!
I guess if you like paying $9 for a (mostly) rice burrito made by a person without a face mask or gloves who glares at you, rushes you through everything like you’re bothering them, and clearly doesn’t understand the concept of evenly distributing ingredients throughout a burrito so that you don’t get individual mouthfuls of one ingredient at a time, this is the perfect spot for a burrito.Personally, I’d rather not.
The food was pretty good and fresh tasting. The portions could be a little larger. The restaurant was clean and the prices are reasonable.

Ordered online for pickup; when I got there expecting it to be ready by the time mentioned, the lady manager "claimed" that it never got there and hassled me by asking for the order # when I showed her my phone with the order. After an extended delay (and her rude behavior), she asked what my order was and then made it in front of me. She was borderline belligerent, when I had asked her for help and the food quality was subpar. Don't go here expecting good service.
I watched my app as my driver was at location for 30 mins for 1 burrito. I have done gig work before. You can shut off orders if you don’t want to treat everyone like a customer. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
