They must have microwaved my bagel because it was so hard, almost inedible. Other than that, the oat milk latte was good, the staff friendly

maxing out at Four stars because it is corporate coffee but this location has great baristas and that makes a big difference on the quality of your drink. Most other corporate coffee in this area tend to be pretty naff.

Awesome coffee, wonderful staff

Really good hot chocolate. Vanilla Chai was absolutely delicious!! Way better than Starbucks! Friendly staff too!

Always enjoy our time at Bridgeport, greats shops, dining and coffee/tea places. Peet’s offers great quality of coffee, nice quiet seatings and clean.

Excellent customer service and quality warm coffee. Thank you for keeping coffee to it’s finest.

The bad: very few mocha choices, no coconut milk, no GF food, long wait. The good: very polite staff, good coffee.

They were a bit slow but the coffee was good and the place was clean.

TL;DR - Would not recommend purchasing large cambro for a party without calling to confirm before arriving. I also recommend double checking all charges. I do not recommend the sausage breakfast sandwich. Finding parking nearby is very difficult, which adds additional complexity if you're picking up two big containers each holding 2.5 gallons of liquid, along with all the other items that go with it. They really need a curbside pickup spot reserved for such situations. On Friday (9/17/21), I called the Peet's location at Bridgeport Village (in Tigard, OR) to schedule a pick up of a coffee cambro for the next day, to be ready at 9am and picked up by my husband, John. When my husband arrived, they told him they didn't have any orders for John or Katie, and I was busy getting our kids ready for our party so when he called me to talk about it, I wasn't able to answer the phone. He had to leave to get the venue set up for the party. At 9:21am a person from Peet's called--I called back at 9:25am after calling my husband to figure out what was going on and they asked if I was still coming to pick it up. I told them my husband had stopped by to pick it up and was told by multiple employees there was no order for John or Katie. I told them I would come by to get it, but have twin toddlers in the car so they would have to bring it out to me. I also placed a mobile order for some breakfast sandwiches and boxes of tea since I had rushed out of the house, forgetting our tea bags. When I stopped to pick up the items, there was a few statements of “I don’t know what happened” without much of an apology for wasting my husband’s time and making me go out of my way (and ultimately late to our party). Then, I take the time to look at the receipt for the cambro and they have charged me for the teas again (since I had already paid for them in the mobile app). I had my husband take my receipt back when he returned the cambro and they said they had already figured it out (but apparently hadn’t bothered to notify me) and had refunded the two teas. They provided a receipt to my husband, which shows the ordered total at $69.00, the charged total to my credit card of $85.00, and the change of $16.00. They said that amount had be adjusted on my charge to my card, but there is no change in the charge on my card. Instead, as I look more closely at the receipt, it looks like they were supposed to provide change (like in cash) which they definitely did not do for my husband. The whole reason I ordered this from Peet’s rather than making my own was to save the time and hassle of it all. I was originally thinking this would be great for future family gatherings, but at this rate, I don’t know if I want to do business with this location again. I know they’re limited by their ability to hire and those individuals’ ability to learn the training, and this is a tough time, but it still impacts the customer.I am so extremely frustrated by this whole situation and with twin girls running around, making noise most of the day, I do not have the ability to make a phone call to try to sort this out again with the Bridgeport store. I reached out to corporate via email (since I could do that as I had a few moments here and there) and they have compensated me for the errors. In related review, the bacon egg sandwich looked good, but I was not impressed with the bread on the sausage egg sandwich. I would not recommend that sandwich. The coffee tasted good and stayed hot for the party. They provided a small carton of half & half, a cup filled with soy milk, and a cup filled with oat milk as creamer options, as requested. They provided cups, sugar, and stir sticks. I do think it's a handy thing to have them brew the coffee and provide those items for a gathering, but definitely recommend calling 30 minutes before you arrive to ensure they know you're coming and how to pick it up. The cambro is a texured brown plastic container, so keep that in mind; if you're wanting it to look nice at a party, you'll probably want to have so

Damn good coffee I wish they would open one in Salem
