I would give 0 stars if I could. I will never order from Papa John's again!I ordered online and, there was no place for special instructions, You know, a place to customize whether or not I wanted my tomatoes cooked on the pizza or fresh on the side. There was also no place to order just a side of tomatoes.I tried to express this on their website and, 30 seconds into the chat they discontinue the chat because, they said it was due to inactivity how is it inactivity if you only give 30 seconds for somebody to type a response? Then I called the actual restaurant to discuss the order and, how I wanted tomatoes but couldn't order them because of website.They stumble around answering the phone, almost ask, "How can I help you," but change it to, "Uh, can you hold?"So, I say, "Sure."and hang up.I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHN'S AGAIN!
If I could give zero stars I wouldI got food poisoning from this place...violently throwing up all night long and then having to sleep it off the next day. Popped blood vessels all over my face- and they DID NOT GIVE ME A REFUND! This place is a waste of money and time
I called and ordered for my daughter's birthday. The lady on the phone was absolutely horrible. We ordered four pizzas and ended up paying 70$. They were four large pizzas, we got a Tuscan 6 cheese, Hawaiian bbq, Hawaiian chicken bacon, and a sausage pizza. We were not told about any specials at all. She also said we could not get delivery because we were out of range, when we were exactly 2.8 miles away. We picked them up and it was literally a five minute drive. when I mentioned the sign saying they have pizzas for 9.99, I still had to pay 18-23$ for our specific pizzas even though they should of been 9.99. I don't go to Papa John's , I usually go to Papa Murphy's but we were staying in a hotel down the road for my daughter's birthday. I won't ever go back again because of this experience. The pizza itself was alright but the lady who took my order had the intelligence level of a piece of wood and I'm incredibly upset we paid 70$ for pizza that should of cost 40$ had we been told about the specials. Will definitely never go back and I highly recommend you don't go here either
Parking was easy but entrance can be hard to miss if you are not paying attention. We ordered a pizza for pickup and it was ready without delay by the time we got there. Customer service was friendly and the pizza was great. No complaints for the price. The stuffed crust pizza here definitely beats out pizza hut stuffed crust pizza
Ordered online for carryout and was ready by the time I went to pick it up (within 20 minutes). I was happy that it was ready to go and didn't have to wait for it. We got a pepperoni and sausage, sausage and mushroom on white sauce, Hawaiian pizza on the New York style, cheesebread, and garlic knots. The food was good and did its job of satisfying the hunger.
Pretty irrated I started ordering here because other pizza places always messed up. It was good the first time and everytime after that my pizza has been undercooked. Cheese and topping fall off the pizza and most of the crust sticks to the cardboard box. Tonight I ordered a pizza said they couldnt deliver because of the snow, they messed up the first time was under cooked like always and had red sauce not white like I ordered. Then they said they would deliver the second pizza, once it came messed up again under cooked and added onions which my fiance is allergic to. They said they watched the girl make pizza and there was no onions put on it and it must have had one piece that maybe got mixed in. Noon it was all over the pizza and my fiance said when he picked it up 2 guys were working no girls so that was a lie. Then he said he would give me a refund which I never got. This is ridiculous. If my fiance bit into that pizza he could have died. Stop making excuses and do your job right!
I ordered in November and they said it was delivered, when I called them out for it, the guy says, "oh, she said she couldn't find the place." So...why not call me? Why lie and say it was delivered after I have to call you out for it.We ordered tonight and they delivered it to our neighbors! Luckily my neighbor saw it and brought it to me. Never ordering here again. This is ridiculous.

God forbid you call to place an order for carry out. We waited 20 minutes for the pizza to be ready and left just to find out they “never got our order” even though the guy on the phone literally confirmed the location with us.Thank god I didn’t pay on the phone or I would be out $30 for a freaking pizza and cheese sticks. Then they expect us to wait another 30 minutes for them to make it due to their error.
wanna wait a hour or more for a single pizza this is just the place you are looking for and then its always over cooked if I could give a half star i would
