I know they are understaffed but the staff they do have is extremely rude. I had an online order and stood and waited for a good 5 minutes, with no one else in line, without even being acknowledged. 4 staff members just walked past me with their heads down. Finally someone acknowledged me and I told them my name and they grunted something and walked off.Then I waited another 5 min and by this time a line has formed and I had to wait as they helped those people not bothering to even acknowledge me about the wait or give me an update on my food.The Friday morning crew on Memorial Day weekend need to learn something about customer service.I will not be back to this location ever again

I literally ordered extra Broccoli beef and got only Broccoli smh. And there was hair in my rice bowl.

I waited here for almost 2 hours and they had food ready and the trays. One guy kept coming outside and making snowballs to throw it as employees inside the restaurant. I watched 9 family’s in the time I was there instead go to little Caesar’s. THE FOOD WAS WAITING IN THE TRAYS FOR 2 HOURS. Worst Panda location. It was not even open at 12:30

Literally gave me like one piece of bejing beef and majority vegetables and tried to pass off \\\"a scoop is a serving\\\" as an excuse. Its bejing beef not bejing vegetables

Panda Express mistakenly charged me $27 for customer ahead of me. cashier said the charge did not go thru. not true. i checked my Walmart Moneycard app and it showed the charge. i waited for manager to undo the charge. excuse after excuse and some lies or incompetence. i waited 45 minutes while they took care of many other customers. I understand mistakes happen, but I have no tolerance for being lied to. the proof is in the accounting.shame on Pandora Express.

Staff was nice but I became extremely frustrated when I got home and opened my container. There was only scraps left in the beef and broccoli bowl, I asked if more would be coming, they gave me the option to wait for more and I did. There was 3 pieces of meat and 3 huge broccoli stems in my container, I would of rather the scraps I had seen as it looked better. ?? worked a long day and no lunch so was sadly disappointed
