It was yummy. Tasty drinks and good food!
$51 worth of food. Literally Panda Express would’ve been better. $20 for a not so large portion of honey chicken plus $4.50 to substitute for “fried rice” aka greasy hard rice in soy sauce. They didn’t give me nearly enough lettuce with my lettuce wraps. And their side of fruit is a joke. No side of anything but sauce should be in containers this size. This place is embarrassing. Never again. Also, my order was supposed to be done by 6. Didn’t walk out until almost 6:15. It’s poorly ran by a bunch of young kids who look like they have zero experience. The manager looked at me and said nothing while I was standing there and the place wasn’t even busy. They obviously have new hires that have no idea what they’re doing, but that’s due to lack of management and leadership in my opinion. The food was not good at all today. So greasy and tasteless. Notice how the kids meal honey chicken is the same size as the dinner version. One was $25 and one was $7.50. Make it make sense.
We ordered a takeout order of Mongolian Beef ($22). When we arrived home and opened the container, we saw there was a very small amount of beef. Not enough for a meal for one adult, unless perhaps you're dieting or a senior citizen. Just slightly larger than a kids meal. We've enjoyed their food in the past but this is the first time we've ordered takeout. Moral of the story? Check your food before you leave the restaurant.
I think maybe in a time where so many places are short staffed, this place is probably above average. Our food was very tasty, but only just warm.....and unfortunately my chicken fried rice had sizeable egg shells in it. So plus side, I k ow it was made fresh, down side....egg shells in my food.We know things are tough right now. We'll give them another go. We'll just hope for a little better.
The food, as usual, was delicious. Service also was good. Unfortunately I had to dock a couple of stars because they were out of almost all of the things we wanted to order. Almost every one of the Dim Sum options was not available, including our first two options we would have wanted for an appetizer. And this was fairly early on a Sunday evening. So we settled for our distant third choice. Thankfully they weren't out of the entrees we wanted. But then, come dessert,.and nearly half of the menu wasn't available again. So we ended up passing on dessert entirely. And for the price, I doubt we will be back for a long time...
Had a great experience here this evening: good food and Gabe was an excellent waiter. We haven’t been here in over 2 years because of the pandemic, but we’ll be back! Missed the Happy Hour offerings, though, and we hope they are brought back!
I used to be a huge fan of PF Chang’s. It was expensive, sure. But it was always dependable Chinese food I could rely on to be consistently good and tasty. Well, not anymore…The last 2 times I’ve gotten take out and delivery from here, it has been borderline subpar at best. Last time I didn’t write a review because I figured everyone can have an off night. But after what we experienced tonight, I felt compelled to say something.First of all, our delivery was supposed to be here in an hour and ended up taking well over two hours to arrive. I understand it’s a busy Friday night, so that was just a mild annoyance. But I was starving by the time the food was delivered and was very much looking forward to my normal PF Chang’s quality fare. Sadly that was not to be.The hot and sour soup was cold and bland. The egg rolls were soggy. The kung pao chicken and the Chang’s spicy chicken were both gummy and congealed and completely flavorless. And this wasn’t just a matter of popping it in the microwave to freshen it back up either. Our entire meal was completely inedible. Well, I guess I shouldn’t say our “entire” meal. The fortune cookies were still good. But other than that, everything else went straight into the garbage can. I would’ve been better off giving the $85.00 away. At least then someone could’ve gotten some use out of it.Bottom line, we will NOT be returning to PF Chang’s in the foreseeable future. Not in person, and not for pickup or delivery.—2/4/22 Update:Owner contacted me on my review and referred me back to the contact us section on their website. Yeah. No thank you. I’m not wasting my breath or my time again to fill out another form. My opinion stands.
Nothing special aside from the ambience and if you're trying to find a place to have long conversations with friends etc. Do not get the lettuce wraps. The meat tasted worse than school campus food and im pretty sure it's just cheap processed materials all mixed together. Kind of felt like I was eating panda express, not authentic but panda express atleast tastes good and is cheap for the price :(
Popped over to PF Chang’s for our anniversary dinner. The lettuce wraps were so good. I would come back and order just those as my entree. The coconut mojito was amazing and the coconut was so creamy. They said they had no bartender but our server whipped these up and honestly I wouldn’t have known if they hadn’t told me.The only downside was our food took over 45 min and by the time it came they said they were closed and we couldn’t order a bottle of wine with our dinner. They did make an exception and let us order another cocktail though. Entrees we’re also pretty cold by the time they made it to the table but food was still good. We ordered the Kung Pao and Mongolian beef. I imagine if it was hot it would have been 10/10 like the lettuce wraps. Our server was so kind and checked in on us despite the longer wait for food. Good customer service would just plan to have extra time when making your reservations.
We went to an early dinner and service was great even for being under staffed. We got suggestions on some of the dishes and decided to try the Peking duck, it didn't disappoint. It was so good.
