It's handy to have a McDonald's around this busy area. It's great for a quick bite, and I like the ability to create a customizable order by using the ordering kiosks located inside. I'm sure it would also be nice to hang out and eat inside if I had the time. The fish burger is a reliably good snack meal for me, and as much as I try to avoid them, I love the fries. I finally tried a smoothie this time around and really enjoyed it.
When did get pick up an order for Uber Eats, the woman at the drive-thru was incredibly rude. Spoke down to me, got in my face, and when I said that she was being rude she gave me the thumbs up and smiled as if it was all funny. Her manager was sitting next to her, looking confused but did nothing about it.I do not recommend going to this McDonald's AT ALL!! Very unprofessional and completely rude and no maturity level whatsoever. Totally go somewhere else. Management there needs to step it up big time. I know it's fast food service but that's no excuse for rotten behavior towards customers.
Posting without link in on my TikTok same name PaisliePanda.TL;DR: I was mocked by crew members who recorded me, a manager took a photo of me and my cars license plate, and same manager blamed me for not receiving my food because I used the mobile app, and later another manager didn't seem interested in this atrocious experience.Absolute worst experience at any McDonald's I've ever been to and has impacted me so greatly I don't ever want to visit another McDonalds. I will post a link to a recording of this experience as I couldn't believe it even happened. On October 29th, I utilized the mobile app to place an order, as it's intended and created use, and parked in one of the areas to wait for pick up. After 12+ minutes my app shows that my food has been delivered, however, I had nothing in my hand. I didn't have the code posted at the top as it disappeared once I "received my food." I couldn't recall the numbers/letters as I experience challenges in memory and dyslexia.I explained the situation and after speaking to an associate who said she couldn't do anything without the code told me to wait for another associate to better help me. The next lady who answered had me review what happened and proceeded to inform me that "this is [my] fault as [I] was using the mobile online" order system and that if I would just speak to a human instead then this wouldn't have happened.I was floored. I will be the first to say that the customer isn't always right lol but that boggled my mind! I used the app to attempt and take some stress off of having to stop and speak to me, also anxiety lol. I told her as calmly as possible "ma'am, I'm not sure how you're trying to tell me this is my fault as I was using the system that was intended and I just didn't receive my food." She told me to stop screaming (which I was not screaming) and calm down. I began to record the experience as I didn't believe anyone would believe this experience.Once I got to the next window I had a gentleman tell me he didn't know who I was, or what I was there for so I once again calmly explained the situation. He shared that he had to get a manager to help- I requested to speak to another manager on duty that wasn't who I spoke to last- he said there were several there and shouldn't be an issue. However, the same manager came to the window visually upset and huffing so loud I heard it before she arrived at the window. When I asked if she was who I spoke to she said yes and to just pull up my McDonald's app, as she was seeming to help and I did as she asked and showed her the order and verification of pay but she then asked if I could pull up my bank account. I noticed my phone stopped recording when opening an app and I decided to start recording again which is the link posted below. When I pulled up to the 2nd window I was met with a different associate who had their phone out and saying look at this because I'm "dumb as hell." I was shocked at this incident as I was transparent in my own recording and not malicious with my intent. Additionally, before I noticed she was mocking my experience I can be heard commenting on how I just found out my grandfather was bedridden, and I just left the vet regarding a liver issue for my sweet boi which was made for a very stressful day. While this happened the same manager stepped out of the locked building to go outside and take a picture of my license plate number, which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable as that was an inappropriate thing to do a customer as it crossed several boundaries making me feel unsafe. I ended up finding someone houseless named Nick to find my order to as I was so disgusted by the experience I couldn't bring myself to eat what they prepared.I called customer service the next morning unable to sleep that night, and when another store manager spoke to me he asked "but did you get your food?" I said yes....but asked if he'd like to hear me ou
No sense of urgency or peoples time. Suppose to be fast food. Pre ordered and still had to wait 15min. Would of been faster to go drive through to place order. At least they have no choice to get ur order ready.
During a graveyard shift early hours or late tonight young lady manager was working and complained right from the very start and she started off by saying what they "don't have", then gave us cold fries ( hesitantly she warmed up more fries) her attitude was horrible however I'm sure she has better days ahead. Deer midnight manager ma'am oh, your smile looks so much better then the scowling look as if you are all bunched up. Smile more often care a little less and have a great day. With that I think that's the formula for your success sometimes people get too involved in the windup living a bad attitude and we wouldn't want that would we? And if you don't like working at McDonald's try one of the automotive thrift shops or 7-Eleven they may be in your future thank you
Went inside. 6 employees look at me multiple times. I'm standing at the register. Not a single hello. No one walks towards the register. Just standing by where the food comes out, waiting, staring off into space. I get looked at more by the same people. I wave my hand. Nothing. I leave. Same reaction. They just look at me. No other reaction. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed. Whoever owns it shouldn't even be in business by the looks of the other reviews.
This location consistently gest the order wrong. Today because the menu doesn't keep up with the order, I was unable to catch that the order taker got the order wrong, I tried to confirm my order at the first window and they were more concerned with matching me to my inaccurate order than to confirm that it was taken correctly, so I had to pay a second time at the second window. Even after all that, I was on the road when I realized that half the food I had ordered for my families breakfast was missing. To get it right was a second trip through the drive-through and was as my first trip through still difficult almost to the same degree
Always give me cold food and the last time I went they gave me refried fries. I was excited because they were hot but it felt like I was eating microwaved packing peanuts. They always close early too for no reason.
I doordash a lot and honestly this is the only McDonald’s that allows for you to go in the store and get the item, also the front lady that wears glass is the absolute sweetest person ever and definitely needs a raise or something because her customer serves skills are impeccable, I had to wait about 15 minutes for an order which is never an issue for me but she offered a free drink for my wait, an absolute doll!
I literally had to go through the drive thru 3 times!!! just to get the incompetent workers inside to get on the speaker through the drive thru to take my order!!! What poor freaking service, kudos to the gentlemen outside running the leaf blower, I explained what happen an he said he would bring it to the attention of the manager inside.
