Waited over 20 minutes for my simple meal, then when I walked up and someone finally acknowledged me about it, they simply mumbled sorry and then gave me the wrong order. Didn't even let me ask for ketchup and just went back to whatever they were doing. They literally looked at me and other people around me, kept calling out everyone around me, but never acknowledged my presence until I walked up and asked.
I wish I could rate this NO STARS! On several occasions I've come to this McDonald's thinking why not give it another try to be sorely disappointed every single time. I order a quarter pounder combo and the fries were so old I had to take them back and the little girl working looked at me like I was crazy for asking for fresher food. DON'T EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK!!!!!!!!!!

Tables are often filthy and trash cans 9verflowing because franchisee is too cheap to fully staff the restaurant. No one is ever at the counter and numerous workers will walk past me avoiding eye contact when all I need are some napkins or utensils. The food is typical McDonald's but the inside service is generally subpar. It used to be much better.They heavily prioritize the drive-through while neglecting walk-in dining room customers who are more likely to order something extra if the experience is pleasant. Just really, really poor customer service in general, leading to lost extra sales.
First off, that doesn’t look appealing at all. But because it made me laugh and tasted great, I will give you a 4stars.
The food was was fine, and drive thru time was good, but man the drive thru person was absolutely awful. All of her response make you feel like you are upsetting or annoying her. Every response was a monotone, "Yeah" or "Kay", "Kay", "Kay", "Kay". We didn't get her name, but we saw her doing the same thing with a driver behind us while we waited at the food pick up window.She looked to have shorter wavy(?) blondish hair under a cap, heavier set and she spent the entire time picking stuff out of her fingernails and then examining her nails and then picking at them some more. Really not what I wanted to see while waiting for food, but at least she wasn't handling it.I get it's fast food and you probably deal with some real jerks, but your attitude when ordering made us feel like jerks.I'll avoid this location in the future.
Overall, this. Mcdonald's is solid during the daytime. However, if you go through the drive through late at night, they won't serve you isce cream, and will forget the bottom bun on your McChicken.
They charged me for three French fries and only gave me two, had to got back and get the third one. One thing they do have down pat is customizing sandwiches everyone in my household can depend on if you say Mac sause instead of mustard your going to get it the way you want it!
Currently here in drive they —- the RUDEST person I’ve ever encountered taking an order !!! I gave my order, … 2b bacon cheese quarter pounder meal ….silence…. Waited at least a minute and then asked “ did you get that order “? Silence…. Me: “ ok and make the drink a Dr Pepper, thanks that’s it ….. more silence ….At this point im thinking that she just can’t hear me and I pull forward and wait 5 minutes to get to window… she opens window and says $7.20 !I pay say thank you and she slams window …Order completely wrong and I’m just shaking my head ….
