I normally don't review fast food, but wow. This was the worst service I've ever had at a McDonald's. 5 cars in line and it took a half hour. All the food was cold. Gave me a sprite instead of diet coke and only 1 straw for 2 drinks - which I had to ask for at the window. Ordered an m&m mcflurry and got Oreo. The Sunday was half empty and we were told that she " didn't want to go downstairs" for ice cream. Didn't offer any substatutes or discounts for the half sunday. Unbelivable. Could have spent the same amount of money for a regular dinner out.
Been coming to this location for a long time just because of the convenience. Service has always been just ok and wait times often very long, usually 5-10 mins.This morning I have sat in the drive-through for more than a half an hour with less that 5 cars ahead of me...
The manager of this place with the tattoos all over his neck as a piece of work. I would never go here again. It's inconvenient and I go out of my way to go to a different one but really the treatment was horrible and everybody in the place was miserable. Drive by any time of day you'll see a line of cars a mile long because they're incompetent and under horrible management. Literally wanted to punch the dude in the face for his treatment. It was horrible. And an hour of my day lost with no food and treated like a piece of s*** like everybody else. Do not go here.
The crew and I come here a few days a week before heading to work. It's the same 'ol crew behind the counter. It's just nice to see the same face all the time. Open lobby, mask still required when not sitting down and eating. Clean, great breakfast selection and good taste.
Arrived at the drive thru at 6:30pm. It’s now 7:15 and haven’t even placed my order yet. I thought this was fast food? Come on McDonald’s. Do better.
Don't usually complain. But this location in Tigard is absolutely the worst.. constant missing items, so you really need to check order before departing. Made this unfortunate mistake too often. Trusted them once again, got home, but of course.... missing Big Mac for my Big Mac Meal. Lol How do you miss the main item ?. So really it's on me for not checking. Just be weary... and check.
Love this place. Best coney I have ever had. Fries are hand cut but greasy. Love them when they are cooked a little longer and piping hot.
Absolutely the worst service. I will never support this location again. I went early in the morning to see if i could purchase a kids meal 10 min before they severe lunch for my daughters birthday. It was approved by the manager at 8am. I went back exactly when she had approved it and she knew the exact meal choice i was placing at 8am. A cheese burger meal. I was told no upon my arrival by the manager that i couldn't order it 10 min early. After... she said yes no problem at 8am. Very poor service.
I’m an all time fan of McDonald’s!! I really can state that I,have honestly been visiting “McD’s”from time to time,since I was a little kid. Or rather,for as long as I can remember! I have snacked,eaten, drank,and quite frankly seriously munched my heart out at McDonald’s.I still find going there today just as exciting as I remember it,when I was a little kid.I can always openly share that McDonald’s has made me the believer I am today! I believe that without McDonald’s this country would be as good as the proverbial cup,half empty!!!! In this light,I am speaking from my heart. Growing up eating McDonald’s happy meals wasn’t good enough in that I had to find a place as an employee at age twenty six. I’m 52yrs of age now and am, unable to let McDonald’s go! Quite frankly,don’t believe I ever will!!! Don’t worry “McD’s” my family and friends love you too!!! To say you have certainly hit your mark would be leaving something out,cause you have also hit all of our stomachs!!!!Thank you very much McDonald’s.
I went through the drive-thru tonight and I asked for coffee I didn't get it .my daughter wanted a McFlurry and got a big long black hair very long in it and it's not hers I tried to call to get a hold of them nobody said anything they hung up on me this place is going to hell. I did spend over 20 bucks. I'm trying not to use them unless I have to but today kind of pushed me away
