Gave me the wrong burger and had me buy a whole new one even though it was their mistake. Ordered a drink with my new burger and they gave me the wrong drink and the wrong burger again. I wouldn’t leave a bad review but I paid twice for them to give me the wrong burger twice. They were rude to my spouse when he asked for a new burger. They were rude to me when I asked for a new drink, didn’t bother to ask for a new burger. Also the people sitting besides me also had the same experience. They didn’t have to buy a new meal but I did. Mistakes happen but why buy a whole new meal for their mistake not mineYou’re better off by going to Bunk, won’t be eating here again.
In a pinch, this place is great for a quick burger. At the Bridgeport spot, they seem to have best location: the dead center. In the summer, it de-classes the place because it smells like a fast-food place in the middle of all of these expensive shops. I'm guessing tenants dislike that, but a spot's a spot. You can't miss it and they do have tater tots. Veg burger is decent. They could work on customer service. Twice now the first thing out of the cashier's mouth was "What do you want?". Wow. That's just unreal to me.
Delicious, ballpark style food in a pleasant shopping block, they give customers a buzzer so you can shop while you wait. I like to wait at the Barnes and Nobles next to it while my food is being prepared. And it's cheap!
VERY solid choice for a quick burger on the go. Great recipes and fresh product!!
Don't listen to the negative reviews because they are straight up wrong, this place is fantastic and the employees were patient and friendly. My food came out fast and it was cooked and assembled to perfection and the chili burger was so good. We also got a generous serving of delicious fries. Places like this need more support and business. Finally happy to find a counter serve burger joint in this area that is reasonably priced and high quality. I will definitely be coming back.
We dropped in for a late dinner around 8pm during a weekday and had a quick wait for a table. Staff were friendly and attentive. The burgers were very tasty, but I have to say the appetizers stole the show! In particular the corn dip is unbelievably delicious, our group was nearly licking the bowl for one last taste. The onion rings were unlike any of us had ever had before, light and airy, crispy and not heavy with oil. They had a very nice bite and didn't crumble all over the place. The onion stayed right in the ring and came off with every bite instead of hanging out of the ring while you're stuck with a mouth full of greasy batter like many others I have had. I don't think I will be able to eat another onion ring from anywhere else again! I would go back just for these two items alone.
My mushroom burger was delicious and they always give a generous amount of fries on the side.
Shoe string fries were slightly over cook. Hamburger was ok but not all that fond of thousand island dressing in burgers. The close proximity to the movie theatre was the reason I went there
I've eaten here twice now. Got burger and onion rings both times. My first experience was great. Second experience was not.Burgers were still fantastic, but the onion rings were burnt. Like really burnt... See photos for proof. I did not edit these photos in any way. The onion rings were truly that black.I ordered via Uber Eats, so no opportunity for a refund or anything. I've worked in food service for years and would never serve this to a customer. Sad because I ordered from them specifically for the onion rings ?
This trys really hard to be a semi par burger joint but comes up short. If the food doesn't taste good, walk away. Epic failure. If you want to be a successful business, hire people who care.
