The 4th time having a bad experience. I scheduled a pick up an hour earlier to go past the wait time and they didn’t do it until I got there and I had things to do that’s why I SCHEDULED THE PICK UP. So irritating.
Very quick service, fresh ingredients, very good food. I go to Jimmy John's fairly regularly because it is not super expensive and you get a good amount of quality food. Staff are always really nice and friendly.

Walked in. Four employees. Not a single one said 'hello'. They looked like they hadn't showered in a week. I would never let them near my food.
Person helped us did not have great customer service skills. She was rude to our daughter and when we order a combo, we got all but the chips. When we asked about it she claimed we needed to pay extra. The advertisement on order board said they were included. The sandwiches were good.
