We went to order a couple of sandwiches and was told to go… they were closed. We thought that was weird and double checked the time. It was 8:30 and they closed at 9 so it seems like the guy at the counter didn’t want to deal with customers. This was on Wednesday 5/25/22. I understand if it’s 5 min to closing but 30 min? Bad employee imo

I've always gotten good food here so I'm hesitant to complain but something in my sandwich made my entire mouth numb. That was 10 minutes ago and my tongue still feels like a chunk of rubber. I haven't put anything except water in my mouth for the last 8 hours or so which means it had to come from the food. Tbh honest I was freaking out and considering the ER but the feeling in my mouth is starting to return. Has this happened to anyone else??

I don't know the girls name who brought my dinner to my blue dodge truck. But she is absolutely gorgeous. Very sweet and would love to take her to dinner.

How can anyone be okay with putting this lettuce on a sandwich!? Poor mask compliance as well letting an unmasked person behind the food prep area.Common yall! Show some self respect.

It was good! Not much on the sandwich and they forgot my jumbo pickel! That was the main reason for stopping to eat there. I would have driven back to get it but it was awful outside.

I had a sub from here on one of my days of staying here in Tigard and it was decent. No complaints. The staff was friendly and quick.

Very rude girl with glasses working the register today. Didn’t catch her name, light brown shoulder length hair, short, chubby. Perhaps some customer service training would be appropriate, or a new cashier entirely.

I called because the last two times ived ordered JJ’s for delivery this location has forgot one of my drinks but gives me two straws? Is the driver the one stealing the drink? Best recourse the manager offered was a free drink delivered. No apology or anything. I already ate my lunch without a drink. What good is it gonna do me now? Not ordering from this location or JJ’s again. Manager sounded like he could care less about his job or my order. I’m calling corporate as well.

Most unfriendly service. I asked if I could have different toppings on each half of my sandwich and the guy taking my order looked at his coworker for the answer. The coworker just said, “No.” Suggestion for next time: “Sorry, we don’t do that.” I asked the sandwich maker if I needed to specify if I wanted my sandwich cut in half or if they just did that automatically and he just said, “We don’t do it automatically.” So feeling like I was pulling teeth, I asked if he could please cut my sandwich when he made it and he actually told me not to “distract” him while he was cutting. Suggested response: “No, we don’t automatically cut them, but I can cut yours if you’d like.” Or if he really couldn’t talk while cutting a sandwich: “Can I answer in a minute when I’m done cutting this sandwich?” A little CS training seems to be in order. Sandwich was fine.
