I have gone to this place as it has the best pubfood around. I've been here on and off over the past 12 years but not a regular. Several times I've left due to no service at all. This is my only issue and it's not the first, second or 5th time the service has been either bad or just plain disinterested. Now if I go there with a known regular then service is instant. Otherwise you can wait, and wait, and wait. And on occasion you'll get a look from the server like I'm a big inconvenience. Go here if everyone knows your name but avoid if you expect good service. Or for that matter, service AT ALL.
They say 12am on there door and there website. But They take last call at 10-10:30.They turn down customers at 10:30 but they accept friends and what not until 11-11:30.Good food. Good drinks. Bad bar tender. Will literally turn down a customer she doesn’t know, but let’s her friends come in and sit and order drinks until close. Seen it’s 3x within 1 hour. Lelani is the name on the receipt.
The last time we were there, we waited for a extremely long time to get waited on.They were busy and the food is good so we let it slide.We then waited 45 minutes to get the check after asking for it. Today we wanted to try it again because the food is good, but the waitress was rude and almost too busy to help. Like we were bothering her. We just left. It's really too bad that the service is so lacking, because the cooks are great
I approached the bar and stood there for 5 minutes and the lady behind the bar looked at me 3 times and looked away. Finally a waitress asked me were I was sitting and I said we are sitting outside. She said that she'd send someone outside. 10 minutes later the waitress came outside to check on the other customers and she walked right past us twice until I asked her if we can order food and drinks she said that she would be back. Thanks for nothing. We left. This waitress missed out on a good tip. And you lost out on some good customers. We won't be back.
This bar/ restaurant is really great!!! Good vibes, lots of televisions playing sports, which I personally love!!! Our server was amazing. And the food we had- Outstanding. We went there during happy hour. So I ordered a side salad perfectly prepared also rather good size. Also my favorite was the corned beef sliders. Sooo much meat on them!! Wow!! ? yummy. I would recommend this Tigard bar/ location to everyone. Heather Elicker
UPDATE 5/2022: Still amazing food and great service. We eat here fairly frequently and have never had a bad meal. The Irish dip sandwich is excellent.ORIGINAL: Still some of the best food in the greater Tigard area, the Irish dip was amazing. Great fish and chips. Stopped in for lunch and the service was fast and the food was tasty. Very large menu. I will return.
Food here is fabulous. The cocktails, i think each server is their own bartender so we seem to get a lot of variance in content and quality on cocktails, but they are friendly and quick. The location itself could stand to be brighter (interior color) to make malenu reading easier.
Great neighborhood place. Food is tasty. But my burger and fries was cold tonight. It is March Madness and St Paddy's weekend and there is one server (poor gal) for the whole place. They need more servers and possibly some kitchen help. Even my coffee (2 separate cups) was cold.
I've gone a few times just for drinks but got some food this time meeting with a friend and for a pub it was quite good and big too. The happy hour beef nachos were huge,a ND the super street tacos were good. Not loud either.
Amazing service! Great food. Only one server/bartender and we still had a really nice meal in a short amount of time. The place was packed.
