Took me nearly 12 mins to get thru drive thru which wasn't anticipated at all for me. Cashier was friendly and working hard and apologized immensely for the wait... But nonetheless it sucked! Other than that my order was correct and I'm thankful for that! Nothing is more irritating then waiting in drive thru for a long time afterhours and drive off without checking the order only to find out later once ur home that ur order wasn't correct. Uuugh sooo annoying! Luckily this didn't happen tho. Only complaint was the drive thru wait time. Everything else was superb! Soo thanks guys! ?

This location is the worst I have ever been to. EVERY order takes forever and is typically wrong. The other day I ordered online and had the app start the food right away, as I was very close. I got there and was told to park out front (by a man who struggled with basic English) and they would bring me my food. I wasn't feeling well so didn't want to go in. After 20 minutes, I had to get in line again. I get to the speaker and a lady says pull forward without asking my name. I asked four times if they knew who I was before I got the reply "Yes, pull forward." I wait for 4 cars and get to the window and she says "We will have it ready in a bit". I was fuming at this point and snatched the bag from her. She gave me a dirty look and I explained that some popcorn chicken and a shake took 30 minutes after ordering online, and what had transpired. She asked if it was a guy that had told me to pull out font and I said yes. She said she would "talk to him". I requested a refund, it wasn't issued. Big surprise! An order that should have been ready when I pulled in, took over half my lunch break by the time I got back!

I ordered the spicy sauced and loaded fries. I only received half of what was supposed to be included. False advertisement.

It's Jack in the box you know what you are getting. But this particular location always has fresh(ish) food and it is usually hot so that is nice.

Tasty food. Understaffed yet the 2 employees I dealt with were efficient and I received all of my food order with plenty of napkins. Prices are affordable. I will return.

Just about the worst experience possible. Longest drive thru line I've ever sat in, especially outside of rush hour. Worker was not wearing a mask. I received the wrong food. They were out of shakes. Just terribly disappointing.

The reason I only gave it four stars is because the typical of the drive-through cashier getting the orders correctly even though they were very thorough it was seemed kind of a language barrier besides that everything out else came out perfect quick fasting in a hurry loved it

I was at this location, I waited for 8 minutes ,then I say hello, someone told me to wait, after 12 minutes she took my order and she didn't understood, I repeated 3 times and finally she get it, when I got to the window I waited 3 more before she took my card,then give me 2 sodas,I told her I only order one small,then give me cash and said for the soda, I received my food and wasn't what I order, I this point I was so angry, the owner of this business need to see who work on his fast food restaurant, the lady couldn't understand the language or hear,I understand is difficult to have employees but at least check if the understand the numbers.

Be careful if you go to this location. The drive thru attendant stole my debit card on Sunday and used it to buy more food and some gas in Aloha. The number here and on their website doesn’t work to contact anyone to get this addressed at the restaurant. It was fine. The inflationary price rises make it less than appealing, but that's not a critique of this location in particular.They provided an adequate fast food experience.
