We had never heard of this place before but are so happy to have stumbled upon it. It’s a hidden gem right next to the woods with a covered patio. Clearly there have been some changes due to Covid; the adoptable dogs aren’t on site right now. But it was still a great food and drink selection!! Our dogs loved sitting on the patio and the staff brought water for them. Overall great place!
Scott (owner), is friendly & down to earth. Often will offer a taster to experience new beverages on tap. Beer, Liquor, and Cider selection is ample-and of the many times I have visited-never stale/skunked (fresh and clean). (Pre-COVID), Animals in adoption area always found in clean and caring conditions-well observed for safety and comfortable interactions. Fun games (trivia, others), & sometimes music. Worth stopping in-stay awhile!
No adoption dogs, no beer flights, no menus. They have a forced 1 drink per person policy to dine in. Very rude and unprofessional owner. Fidos needs to update their website, google and yelp to all the changes they have made. False advertising and not worth the visit. Stay away. This place is not worth your time or money! The economy is not an excuse for poor customer service.
Wanted to come here to support their work with the dogs. I didn't expect the food to be as amazing as it was. I loved the teriyaki sesame wings. I was impressed by the beer selection, too. All priced very well!Edited to add: I had multiple incredibly unprofessional interactions with the business owner.
The selection of beers on tap was excellent. The decor was very cute as well.Edit after the fact: the owner, Scott, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I hope the dogs survive him.
No guidance. So much furniture, no space. No guidance to service. No dog park/play zone.Needs a lot of love , space, & dog outlets so my fido can be entertained. Great concept; FEELS like a trophy dog show off hot spot.2 stars earned for having 1 item for the dogs. ☆ !! $2 good chunk of chicken is a steal Deal!! ☆
I brought my dog and loved the experience here. Great selection of beers, SUPER dog friendly environment, and good pizza. Will definitely be back regularly.
Stopped by here on our way home from Salem. We were a bit disappointed that they didn't have any pups but a genuine conversation with the owner Vee and good drinks was well worth it. The owner was very friendly and definitely felt very welcoming.
This review is only for the taphouse:Beer selection was good. Wide variety overall. The man working the bar was not friendly in the slightest. Echoing other recent reviews, I was not greeted, bartender seemed bothered when ordering/paying, not a pleasant experience.
Food was good. Semi-typical bar food with a couple of interesting mix-ins. Pizza was pretty tasty as were the chicken wings. They have massive brownies and a great selection of beer and cider. Loved that I could take my giant labrador inside with me. He got lots of loves from patrons and I got a tasty (high caloric) meal! Will be back again.
