Yummy Buffalo chicken tenders but the only strange thing was that celery came in a ziplock bag lol. This place is clean and staff were nice.
Our favorite place to get hot take home food. Love that I can get all breast meat. Good chicken. Love all the sides too. Service is very fast for pick up. Great rolls. We get enough for 2 dinners.
I was super excited to try it and was very underwhelmed. I ordered the chicken tender combo with Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken had no seasoning whatsoever. The Mac n cheese had no flavor as well. The mashed potatoes and gravy was alright but still little to no flavor. The one good thing was the rolls! They were soft and delicious. If they seasoned their food then it might be better!
Fantastic generous pieces of fried chicken not the puny wing pieces expected from others but the whole wing portion all evenly battered and fried. First time here but not the last. This was the original flavor will go for spicy next time. Not all boney pieces but lots of both dark and white meat. Great!
We came here recently for dinner and got an eight piece meal with two large sides and intended it to be for two meals. Well, there was actually enough for MORE than two meals and it was quite good. The rolls are one of my favorite parts of this restaurant, and the coating on the chicken gives it a good flavor. The servers were excellent and we enjoyed being there for dinner!
My wife and went to ezells, at Washington square tonight, we both had ordered the 3piece of chicken with 2 sides, our 2 sides were mashed potatoes and gravy, with potatoe salad. We also ordered chicken gizzard and 2 drinks. We'll here Is a pic of our food. Notice the chicken,3 piece is a lot darker than the golden brown delicious giazzards. Our chicken was cold and not good at all. I have no idea how our gizzards came fried like our chicken, but the gizzard were crunchy, hot and delicious.The gizzard were amazing like always though. We were very disappointed in the chicken though. The mashed potatoes were very runny also. I feel like for 40 bucks, I could have gotten better chicken out albertsons hot deli.
Came here as a first timer visit .. cashier wasn’t happy over the time it took for me to decide what family meal to buy.. asked for a military discount was given a funny remark instead .. on the other hand the chicken was delicious I was given honey as a courtesy when it’s normally charged as an extra … paid for 4 dinner rolls with my family meal was given only 2.. disappointed.
Super YUMMY—good fried chicken! YUM! I haven’t had better fried chicken since I’ve moved to the West.The restaurant itself is very clean and tidy. The staff was working very hard and seemed to have their hands full.Chicken tasted very fresh! I wasn’t crazy about the Mac and cheese as it had a sort of blue cheesy flavor to it but the presentation was very good. Rolls were delicious and sweet. I also enjoyed the gravy and the peach cobbler was yummy!
After reading the reviews on this site, I decided to write one myself. I consider myself a fried chicken aficionado. I have ordered Ezell’s fried chicken multiple times and served it to company as well. When I arrive, I order mine to be cooked fresh and wait the twenty minutes or so. I have never had anything except crispy, crunchy and moist, delicious fried chicken! Not sure what you all are talking about, but if you’re not happy, stay home and make it yourself! For a fast food restaurant you won’t find anything better! Love you Ezell’s. Also, the service has been very nice!!
Great Chicken love the rolls. I grew up in the Central District in Seattle. I used to eat at the original Ezell’s brings back great childhood memories.
