Stopped in not knowing about this restaurant, was my first time. Was blown away , the food was amazing the best Mexican food I’ve had in a while. Will definitely be back for sure!
Went for lunch. Service was very prompt. Ordered the Chile Colorado burrito. But didn't really like the flavor at all.
It is unfortunate that every idiot has an opportunity to share a negative opinion. I have eaten at this restaurant periodically for five years. Nothing but excellent service and great food EVERYTIME! Any other opinion would just be untrue!
Excellent sit down Mexican food. Can't go wrong with Chilled Verde
In strip mall off of Carmen. Good menu at reasonable prices. Everything is good: rice, beans, chips, salsa, enchiladas, chili relleno, etc. Good friendly service.
Did not take long after I ordered to get the food. Was almost $12 for 3 tacos. No lime and honesty the tacos are not even warm.
Ordered tacos, meat tasted sour and was under seasoned. Tortillas are store bought, hard, and I had to hunt for PICO. Chips and salsa was great, but that was the worst taco Ive ever had in town.
Patron margarita strong, chicken enchiladas on special for $9.50 out the door under $25 how can you go wrong
El Sol is always quick, correct and tasty. The servers are happy to help anyway they can. Inside or outside dining is available. The restaurant is very cute inside with traditional Mexican motifs. I highly recommend this if you are looking for really good Mexican food, you will love it!
Family friendly atmosphere with an amazing staff. The food is consistently tasty and my favorite Chencho special never disappoints. Perfect margarita to compliment the meal and I’m totally satisfied. The food is great but the staff there really do treat you like family. They remember you, what you like and are always so welcoming. We cannot recommend El Sol de Mexico highly enough. Try it, you’ll become a regular!
