I just went with my family after some lunch, since we hadn't stepped foot into a Cold Stone in YEARS! It was the best experience I had ever, the cashier was super sweet and explained all the different things that Cold Stone had to offer! I was so surprised by how enthusiastic and happy she was to talk with us and it made me happy too! I even asked her if I could add more of one flavor and less of another and she was more than happy to help me make that accommodation! I don't know about other Cold Stone areas, but THIS ONE definitely made me beyond happy getting ice cream today!
Decent ice cream for a fair price. Please have milk next time so I can order a milk shake. Thanks.
Very disappointed in their ice cream sandwiches. We used to LOVE their ice cream sandwiches but we used to live in southern oregon. Once we moved up here we discovered they are harder and smaller… I loved that you could take a bite and it would just cut right through, but now you take a bite and the cookies are so hard that it squishes the ice cream out the other side… and it just isn’t pleasant when it is hard and crumbly… still good to an extent, but not worth the price…

They don't accept $100 bills no matter how much one is spending so that was really inconvenient and after waiting twenty minutes to get through the line had to go out to another store in order to get change and to come back and wait another twenty minutes. Customer service was subpar but they were all highschool kids so no surprise there. Also somehow missed putting the sprinkles on my ice cream but by thr time the cashier cashed me out and realizing it was mine sitting on thr counter the cashier had disappeared and the person who scooped it all up was busy helping someone else and after such a trip intended to be quick turned into a full hour later, I simply took my sprinkle-less waffle cone and left. Icecream was really sweet and difficult to eat much of it as it very quickly made me feel sick and I had only gotten their smallest serving. Probably won't be back as Baskin Robbins is closer and their product is not so sweet and service much better. May change review depending on quality of the icecream cake I bought. We'll see.

I usually don’t post negative reviews but... Mediocre customer service at best. Disgustingly dirty tables outside with ice cream all over. Over flowing trash cans. This isn’t the first time. If I owned this place there would be people getting fired.Great ice cream though.
