While the food warrants a score of 4 or 5, the service brought my review down substantially. We waited for 10 minutes at the door without acknowledgment, so we finally seated ourselves at the bar. The only person that ever smiled at us or welcomed us was the bus boy (Fernando) who quickly brought us chips and a menu and let us know the bartender would take our order. The bartender then proceeded to ignore us, and when he finally took our order he looks irritated and somewhat bothered. We felt very unwelcome. After 5-10 minutes he brought my husbands drink after, and then took another 10 minutes to deliver my iced tea. You wouldn't think that iced tea would take so much longer than a mixed drink. He never brought water. Our food arrived and the bartender never spoke a single word to us throughout the transaction. This all being said, the food was great (I got the fajitas) and I really wanted to give a higher score. To me, the overall experience of eating out needs to be worth it--not just great food. I can make great food, so eating out needs to be a nice experience. Do better!

Food is good but not worth the bad service. The host is always extremely short and rude over the phone. We ordered take out 30 minutes ahead of time. When my boyfriend arrived to pick up, he waited for over 15 minutes being ignored by every employee that passed him. He wasn’t greeted once. There were other customers behind him being ignored as well.We gave them a multiple chances throughout the months but have still been met with increasingly bad service. Not sure what happened.

Decent, though overpriced. The tacos were just ok though elevated by the obviously made in-house tortillas...bomb. They were also pretty sizeable, still not quite enough to justify their nearly $6 per cost. The ceviche was a disappointment. I'm an onion-lover but there were simply too much on there. Both pickled and raw red onion in like a 2:1 onion to fish ratio. Also, the watermelon radish was sliced too large as though you were supposed to use them as scoopers for the ceviche, but also soaked in an oily chili sauce, making it messy and again overpowered the fish. In hindsight, i should've sent it back but oh well. Margarita was tasty but again about 20% more expensive than I think warranted. $50 lunch for one that left me less than impressed ?‍♂️

Skip the appetizer and head straight for the main course. The Choza Swirl is the best of both worlds between a margarita and a sangria. I’ll be back just for that!

Food is great but the service is slow. We went on opening night of Top Gun and it was packed. They have staffing issues so getting seated, placing an order, and getting drinks is slow. Getting the food out once cooked is pretty quick and tastes great. They do have a happy hour although they seem reluctant to give out the menus. The street-style quesadilla is great. If you plan to see a movie give yourself an hour+ to get your food and pay.

The food and service is always amazing. We were there this evening though and the A/C isn’t working. I sure hope they plan on fixing this because the staff is overheating and deserve better working conditions.

stopped in there by chance... had a very nice cup of posole with pork chunks. great broth. added fresh cabbage, radishes and other good raw vegs on top of the hot soup with pork and hominy. perfect... also a very nice table salsa!

Went for happy hour but was seated in main restaurant. Did not get happy hour prices or specials. Food was very good. Service slow. There was originally only one person doing everything.

Always wonderful food and service.

We were excited to try this restaurant, but after eating a late lunch here, we are one and done. The food was fairly tasty, but the service by far was the worst service we have had in years. The server seemed annoyed just to be asked what the seasonal beer on tap was, and when our drinks finally did arrive he slammed them on the table spilling about a quarter of each drink (no apology given). After our food arrived, we had to ask for silverware, and had to ask for glasses of water. Nobody ever came back to check on us, ask if we wanted anything else to drink, and when all was said and done we had to grab somebody to ask for our check. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
