Charges full price for a cup of just water claiming its for the cup. $3 for a cup of water , says small is for free. Fraud and price gouging. A paper cup does not cost $3, id get it for soda and what not. Other times an employee gave me a medium water free of charge. Sounds like improperly trained and misinformed employees of some sort. I've never been charged 3 bucks for a water, 50 cents at most.
Always seems to be my preferred "fast food" burger. Like the flavour and options more than most. The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful.TIP: they accept even expired coupons here, which is always helpful. It's not their fault, but I remember just a year or two ago that you could get a spicy chicken sandwich for 99¢ and now they're 3$.
DANGEROUSLY undercooked. Just drove through, ordered a burger and fries for my wife - both came out cooked, but room temperature cold. I ordered 2 "hand breaded chicken sandwiches" also. These were also room temperature, and when I got home, I cut one open and you could see how pink the meat still was. I ate half of one of these. I just hope I don't get sick now.
I asked beyond famous meal, receipt says beyond famous burger and it was regular burger with meat. I'm a vegetarian and come just because beyond burger ??? thanks for not paying attention.
Milkshakes are very good, only thing I really get here lol. Customer service was also very good. 4/5 stars!
Absolutely furious right now I just drove all the way across town because your location says that you guys are open get here and all the lights are out just another place that doesn't care enough to even take 2 minutes to update your hours on Google of all things come on man this is absolutely infuriating
Classic fast food. Honestly, I prefer them to burger king. My kiddo just loves the star shaped chicken nuggets. 3 stars is generous as they are okay, but those milkshakes are delicious.
Best customer service of any fast food restaurant around. Order was goofed up my first time thru. It was near the end of the day, and they didn't have their full crew working. I read the reviews and saw such good things said about the owner, that I gave them a 2nd chance. I called them up, told them what happened, and was asked to come back in when it was convenient for me so they could "make things right". I did just that, and not only got my original order, but got an upgrade to a value meal at no cost to me. This was greatly appreciated after waiting in line a 2nd time. This order was exactly what I wanted, and the food was fantastic! They've earned themselves a new customer, as this will be my go-to place for burgers now. ??Thanks again, Jose!
I normally don't go out for fast food, especially burgers nowadays. They're so dry, but the Carl's Jr. Juicy zucchini was good. My new favorite fast food place
People go to get breakfast at a fast food place because of many reasons and one is that I sometimes do have time to cook . So this is the third time I go get The sausage egg cheese biscuit and the sausage is not cooked thoroughly. Each time I’ve gone there the sausage on the biscuit is not cooked thoroughly. There a problem with not cooking meat thoroughly and especially pork!
