Drive thru attendant could not speak/understandEnglish. Eventually I got my order in...One Breakfast burger, cut in half. And a Coke. I got a burger, Not cut in half. And no drink. After trying to explain over and over and getting no where, was finally able to get the woman to understand to give me a plastic knife. And I'd like a Coke.Absolutely not worth the effort.
Ordered via their page to pick up. It is a very complicated process. I think I got a text that sent me to an email to push a button for them to bring it out. I never found the button(it's on the email) so I had to go in. I didn't confirm my order by way of a text I didn't know they were sending. So even though I could show them it had been paid for to that address they kept insisting it must be another Carl's Jr. The boss finally called and told them what we were doing wrong. They had no idea how to use the app either. Sidebar: it was very clean. They were very nice.. Barry Manilow's "Mandy" was playing.
Nice ppl, but the food was not good and they got our order wrong. So we won't come back to this particular Carl's Jr's
Sadly English was not this staff member's secondary language (I'm of Hispanic descent. Not a racist observation). It took 12 times repeating my order for her to get it correct. Yes, I did a special order, but nothing but subtracting onions, adding extra pickles, no salt on my fries and meat, and no ice in my drink. As a kid I worked fast food before computers. I don't feel this was a hard order to fulfill? Look I get staffing is tough in some industries. But please help your company and avoid putting personnel to take orders if there might be a challenge communicating with your clients to keeps us coming back!
I have always loved Carl's Jr! But recently their prices are so high that I can never afford to have Carl's Jr anymore. I ordered three sandwiches the other day just the sandwich and not the meal and it cost me $19. Also soda is almost $4 now for a large soda. Something I love I can no longer afford

Main complaint -- not honoring their receipts and not finding a way around the "supposed new computer to redeem one."Terrible manager -- Imelda should not work in customer service. They don't even know how to honor a coupon from their own register. Their phone goes to a fax so they can't even answer a phone call. It's just absolute "less than"How does a retail store that's been in their for what, probably 10 years, not know there phone doesn't ring??? Totally ridiculous
