Hamburger Burgers Fast Food

My granddaughter has food issues and was able to get a plan, g-free hamburger and she loved it!

As always overpriced but has the best best fish and chips in the world for a fast food restaurant. I love Burgerville!! I'm happy you guys are back open after this nightmare of covid weirdo pandemic thing.

This place has really gone down hill this past year I Ordered 2 burgers shake and frys, they forget my burger! No problem I live nearby got up went back got my burger. I open it up it’s dripping in oil so much I have to wipe some off to eat it but not only that the patty was so salty I couldn’t continue to eat I ended up throwing it away. my frys are super cold and hard they taste like they were yesterdays frys and they just put in the microwave for 30 seconds. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but for what you pay you expect better quality food.MANAGER PLEASE DO YOUR JOB.

Always love Burgerville. Fresh Strawberry Milkshakes in March, Walla Walla Onion Rings in Summer and to wrap up my Summer is mt ultimate favorite, Oregon Marionberry Milkshake. Thank you Burgerville.

We used mobile order services. Ordered at 1:15p. Said it will be ready in 10 minutes we got here at 1:25 and it's 2 o'clock and our food is still not ready.. Everyone in the parking lot was served and finally when they brought out ours it was missing a Chicken sandwich and the rest of the food was cold. It was a simple order of 3 sandwiches. I get lunch gets busy but this was super frustrating even after we called them. Twice they said its ready and they'll bring it and finally 50 mins later we got 3 sandwiches. Unacceptable for a fast food place.

I was a little disappointed that the lobby wasn't open, but I get it if there isn't enough staff. The food through the drive thru was warm when I pulled out and ate outside on a curb next door.

Waited over 10 minutes in line for cold fries and the order of waffle fries was half regular fries. When pulling up to window 5 workers were staring out the window. Pulled back in and was magically in less than a minute able to get a full order of warm waffle fries.

When they are open…they take forever. Burgers are limp. Much better choices out there. Used to be a “quality” place to get a burger in the 90s.

This place does not want your business. Drive thru clearance was too low for my vehicle, dining room doors are locked during business hours, Burgerville app errors out before order can be placed. So, I walked across the street to Baileys Burger Shop, walked right inside, and ordered a delicious meal. I won't be returning to Burgerville.

Is this place even open anymore???? Holiday weekend closed. Anytime after 5 closed. Never heard of a fast food place that closes just before dinner.
