I waited over an hour for my food just for the delivery to be listed and undeliverable. Then tried to call the restaurant only to be a non working number. Can I just get my money back and you can keep the food.
Cold fries, lukewarm sandwich, and mediocre service and attitude from person I believe was lead or supervisor. McEwan location. Need to up their game. Drink was fine and restaurant was fairly clean. Tables needed a wipe but they weren't filthy which is typical for fast food places.
I've been here three times and they screwed up my order all three times. Came here this morning at 7:10. I guess they're having staffing issues, like everyone else. Still not the greatest place.
Over 25 minutes sitting in the drive thru for "fast food". The employees are moving at the speed of smell. That's the best explanation of why it is going so slow as I'm watching them in the window.Additionally you have to repeat your order multiple times so I doubt they're going to get that right too.Edit: Yep, order was wrong roo and had to go back in and get it fixed. Wonderful.
I can’t understand for the life of me why this place seemed busy, the two times I gave them a try. There seem to only be 2 - 3 people working on a shift, the drive thru line is ridiculously long, and when you finally get your food, it’s not even warm.My second attempt at trying this location, I placed my order through the app. I was prompt to give a code to the cashier when I got to the register to upsize my fry or drink. Upon entering the restaurant , giving my name, and then showing my code. I was denied the upsize because the order had already been place and I was told by the cashier that I had to do it through the app. ( THE SAME APP THAT SAID TO JUST SHOW THE CODE IN THE RESTAURANT!!)There was a third attempt at trying this location, but when I got to the front door, there was a sheet of paper with a list of almost 10 things they were out of, and the first thing on the list was BEEF!Bye, bye Burger King, I’m done wasting my money on questionable food!
Didn’t expect this from Burger King, is this much mayo necessary I was on lunch for lunch and now it’s ruined thanks!!!!

When you have to repeat your order multiple times, it’s repeated back to you, and you don’t get everything you ordered, ask for everything, and get no apology or offer to rectify the issue you know it’s a bad place to go. Won’t waste my money here again. No matter how convenient it is.
Staff was amazing but burgers were meh. Lettuce was not fresh looking, looked from the bottom of a sad salad, only the white crunchy bits. Looks very different from the pictures. The burger was constructed so it would fall apart easy. The soda didn't taste good and the icys weren't carbonated. Also, weird that burger King whoppers making you add cheese to them.
