This the worst BK on planet for sure. Not worth 1 star. When they say “they always include lettuce” all sandwiches, yes they put two tiny quarter size pieces. Once or twice every week is same and employees are constantly rude, sarcastic. Argumentative if you complain. Meat is under cooked 50% of the time. If I can’t get lettuce like in their pictures and have to deal with employee problem constantly, just not worth spending my money there, when Carl Jr. and McDonald’s 4 blocks away with better food and employees that want your business (BK doesn’t want).
Went to Burger King a few months ago and ordered the two new ChKing chicken sandwich’s. We got home and couldn’t even bite into them, they were awful. I called the restaurant and they said they would put my name in there “book” for a refund or two new sandwich’s. Went through yesterday and of course my name wasn’t in there “book”. They were so rude, the manager actually tried to hide and let the front window employee listen to me complain about there customer service. They don’t care at all if you come back. We only went there because my 86 year old mother likes the little whopper jr’s. Never again!!
The staff was horrible! I've never in my life had someone so rude, annoyed, and put out to take my order. This wasn't some crazy order either. 5 orders of chicken nuggets and 2 chocolate shakes. After that, I go to the window and they open and said pull to the front and park. So I did then waited not too long wasn't a time issue. So the guy that looks like the manager and sounded like the D- Face that took my order tossed the food to me. I said we had two shakes as he is walking off he just says go order it again at the window. The nuggets were cold they gave us no sauce. Whoever that guy is that hates his job so much! Bru you don't have to work there. If you are miserable and don't like it to the point you are visibly annoyed With your job then quit! Get a new job everybody is hiring go do something that you will enjoy.
Just a quick trip through the drive thru. We got chicken nuggets they were fresh and hot and the service was quick and efficient. The cashier was polite and fast.
Out of the 3 burgers we ordered one was edible. The chicken sandwich was grey on the inside and cold, other burger was cold. Not just like it was sitting there for a minute, it was literally cold like it hadn't been warmed up and had a really weird funky taste to it. Couldn't make it past the second bite. The fries weren't even good, a few burnt ones mixed in with rock hard ones. Biggest waste of $15. Will not return again.
Out of the 3 times I have attempted to visit this location none of them have been great. To only accepting cash because the owner won’t fix the credit machines to the final straw this evening. Every door was locked with signs on the door saying the dining room is open. If I could give a zero I would. Avoid this location at all costs if you do not with the Burger King make ruined for you.
It started with the drive through staff member taking my order telling me off because I didn't know what a mobile coupon was! I apologized for my ignorance. Then the same member forgot to give me back my change . She apologized. Then I get home and find out that there wasn't napkins or sauces. BK at this location has some serious questions to answer regarding customer service. This is not surprising judging by the number of one star reviews.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Both doors locked WITH signs all over saying that their lobby is open. No one answers their phone. What a waste of my time and energy walking all the way over here. Can't even order pickup unless I want to use the drive thru, which they won't allow on foot of course. This place is bassackwards and trash. Extremely unprofessional and maddening.
Stopped in for breakfast. Long line at drive through, so I parked and went inside. After 5 minutes, no one had acknowledged my presence, despite making eye contact with both the person working the window and the person cooking, Plus, I was the only one at the counter. I don't expect them to drop everything and help immediately, but I do expect them to at least say something like "I'll be with you in a few minutes"! So I left.
They do not honor the FREE WHOPPER from the survey here. Over charged me for a classic chicken sandwich, told me my survey was only for a free fry. I figure the lack of communication was because the person at the window had a god complex and barely spoke English. Will not return to this Burger King. Lobby should have been open (per hours listed on the door) but the door was locked so took 20 minutes just to order in the drive through, only to be told that my coupon (filled out the survey yesterday) wouldn’t be honored. Was not given a receipt for this order at all.
