Paid for 2 crepes (no 14 & no 19) $16.50 plus 20% tip. The cashier said her internet was down right after my transaction was approved. As the other lady was making my crepes, the cashier was attempting the locate my transaction. I showed her my mobile bank app and that the payment was processed. She said it was pending...duh its not debit and on a Sunday. She wanted me to pay again and I said I already did. She refused to give me the crepes unless I paid a second time. I told her I would be disputing the charge which would cost her more than the entire sale. She didn't seem bothered. Very poor customer service especially when I showed her I paid (Sq *boom Crepe Kiosk W on statement). People in line behind me decided to go to Starbucks instead, as we did. Way better system and customer service. I will not be giving this business another chance.

Had king salmons and they were barely stuffed. Feels like it was about half of before. I guess it's to cope with inflation without price change, but that was still too small. And I ordered a make-your-own of strawberries and custards to add more at home for dessert, but found at home it was filled up with whipping cream instead of custards.

We were visiting from Washington and stopped here for a sweet treat! The banana strawberry crepe is so yummy!

Don't like the texture of the crepe and the owner messaged me on social media to tell me I should't express my own feelings and I should appreciate how hard they work. Funny.Update: The star is about the food as well. The crepe is soft and thick so if you like chewing gum this will be your favorite food. Like I mentioned, this is just my personal preference but the owner is trying teach me what is good or not. And obviously the owner doesn't consider after sale service/communication should be considered in reviews. Lessons learned.LMAO. Just denied everything after obviously identified who I am. Feel free to report this review and I'll provide proof when it's needed.

had durian for the first time in my life 10/10 would buy again. the lady was nice enough to give me a heads up on it cause the fruit is known to smell bad but tastes good and not many people outside asia know about it, i knew, but still good to know she was concerned and gives people a heads up about it lol. definitely gonna order it again next time mmm~

Awesome food and service. Ordered the durian one very authentic and rich flavor well blended wit the ice cream inside. Price is not cheap/$10 but good quality. Decent desert to have. Owner also waited for me to get back from another shop to finalize the last step (brûlée top) so that I can have it fresh — so considerate!

3.5 without rounding. The crepes itself it good just feel like the stuff they wanna put in can be better.Good thing is it’s not a lot of people waiting.

I would spread out the ice cream more but lovely chocolate strawberry crepes. Completely worth the time to review. It's just inside the entrance between Cheesecake Factory and Nordstroms. I also like the idea of fish in the crepes instead of just lunch meat but have not tried it yet.

Seriously the best crepe I've ever had. We tried the #4 with added custard. Will definitely be back in the future to try other flavors. Keep up the great work ?

Yummy! Liked the mango, no waiting in a long line! Very affordable
