Best staff you could ever find around here for a coffee shop ;) always makes amazing drinks, offers my doggo treats, and with smiles on their faces! Shout out to Jordan for being the best barista around! :)
This location has several health code violations, but the worst by far was the person at the window. Their hands were covered in what was either mud or dried blood - covered their entire hands and filled their nails. Then they proceeded to not only hand off my drink without washing their hands but picked up the drink by the lid with their finger directly over the part of the lid where you drink from wiping whatever was on their hands into my drink. Don’t come here unless you want food poisoning.All of the other workers are wonderful and up until this person started working there the overall cleanliness was acceptable - but it’s not worth the risk with this new employee contaminating drinks at the window.
Terrible packaging with cups that break and spill with barely a touch. Slow rude staff. Terrible coffee. It's like they try to be worse than Starbucks.

Maddy, Zoe, Tanner, Ally, Zilly, and all of them are so incredibly nice and fast and they know me by name and mostly my drink. They are such an incredible crew and spoil our pups we look forward to going there everyday!
This place is always vibing. Staff is friendly, ready to take your order and good with suggestions on days you’re brain dead in the mornings. Drinks are well made at this location.
Great coffee and if you become a regular and thry see you coming they have your coffee ready and waiting for you by the time you get to the window. Great staff as well. Coffee is a little strong but you can get it extra sweet to make up for that. Love black rock much more than Starbucks because its not as sweet as Starbucks and you taste.more of the actual coffee taste. Yumm im going to get a white chocolate mocha now. See you at black rock!

Staff is always super nice and knowledgeable of drinks and will go out of there way to get you the drink you want. Plus their music is far better and not mind numbingly loud like Dutch Brothers.
