All atmosphere, and the coffee was good. I can see why people would like this place.That being said: Avoid the food if you can. The fried chicken had no flavor, but the crunch was nice. They should probably brine those thighs, or at least salt the meat. The breakfast sandwich was a bit of an insult: a wet scramble on a tired, tiny English muffin with a flavored mayo. It made Dari-mart look good.Over medium eggs were hard, there was lettuce in random places, under the eggs and toast..not really sure what they were going for there.Definitely not a spot to go if you are hungry or looking for breakfast. We spent $35 including the tip and left hungry and disappointed. Pretty sure won't be back.
Washburne has improved their service flow and perfected their baked good items. I recommend their homemade almond/cashew milk in a latte paired with a homemade pop tart. Get there before 10 am to get the pop tart-they go fast!

I absolutely love this coffee spot. The food is always amazing whether its a quick muffin or one of their hot breakfast sandwiches, you really can't go wrong. Best coffee in town and even better vibes. The CBD Caramels they sell on their counter are sooo good too. ?

Trendy, chill coffee shop where you somehow feel more stylish just by being there. The coffee and breakfast sandwich were delicious and it's almost dangerous that it's on the way to my work. If you get the chance, get the homemade poptarts! They are to die for.
I had their vanilla icing brioche donut. From the appearance of the donut, you'd expect it to be dense and thick, but those assumptions were quickly tossed out the window as soon as I took a bite. Needless to say, in the best way possible, this place has ruined donuts for me.
Cute little place. Service was ok. Food was really good, but my coffee was a bit on the cold side. There are not very many places to sit and they have a pretty small menu. But if you are vegan or gluten free, they have good options for you!

Their (decaf) coffee was Really good. I had a good breakfast sandwich too. The only thing I would say is that some of their chairs looked uncomfortable and it wasn't cool enough inside to be enjoyed on a hot morning. And that day they happened to burn toast. Overall, I still recommend them. maybe for take out though.
