Always so kind, and the speed of service is excellent for the morning commute. Plus, they have more espresso than other chains in their larger drinks which helps keep me going!

When I tell the girl what im getting, it seems more like a burden than anything. The quality of service this morning was terrible, I don't know where you find these girls but they don't impress me, its rude to start someone's order, take their card and then let someone else finish their order.
Favorite coffee shop!! Staff are always polite and ask how my day is going. Pretty quick service too. There is usually a line whenever I got but I've never had to wait more than 10 min. And I LOVE the chocolate covered espresso bean they always give you with every beverage. Their app is also great for rewards ? ?

when you get the white chocolate or the mocha coffees it doesn't all settle to the bottom it's cuz they use white or chocolate milk and it mixes well. and I can get 20 oz four shots for 4.75 all day long
