Convenient, GREAT customer service and excellent drinks. And, unlike Starbucks, prices are reasonable. Employees are relaxed, efficient and genuinely happy to be there!
Have been coming here for months now most of the baristas know what I'm drinking and I don't have to say anything. Usually open on time baristas are there at 4:45 to open at 5:00. Some reason it's 5:00 am and Noone is there to open up the store. What gives? Would give 5 stars if people would be there on time
Love this place. Employees are always super nice and helpful. I've had a variety of their drinks. Have liked them all. They have a nice assortment of nondairy options for all their drinks.
The staff is incredibly friendly, the chorizo jalapeño bagel is a delicious breakfast. There are energy drink smoothies which are refreshing on a hot day. The chocolate coffee bean with each drink is the perfect top off to a delightful coffee stop.

This is one of the my favorite coffee chains. The coffee is delicious and clearly high quality. The chocolate covered coffee bean with each drink is welcomed bonus too.I would give 5 stars, however, the quality of barista's vary each visit. Seems more often than not, there are unfriendly baristas, or my drinks are filled too much and leak through the lids (ALL over me!), and sometimes my drinks are made incorrectly. I'm assuming location is different.
Love the Human Bean! Great service, food, and drinks. the chocolate covered espresso bean they give with each drink is a nice addition. Also, the app is great!
Good drinks but the lady that took my order was very rude. Maybe she was having a bad day or just a ride person not sure. But I'm still trying to decide if I will go back..
I have always received great service at every location in the Eugene/Springfield area I have been to.
Since dutch bros is canceled, this place is better, just give it a moment.
