This location is very hard to get into. When you manage it, I always find the drive thru line goes all the way to the very busy street and doesn't move. And the dining room is locked.I managed to eat here once, very late. It was good. But I've never been able to actually get food from here since
Where do I begin. On another review I saw a complaint about Emily. I had an interview today and she was making fun of me for wearing a mask and interrogating me. And she didn't like it when i gave her clear answers. That lady or whatever she thinks she is had some major issues that needs addressing. She shouldn't be allowed to communicate with the public.
Drive through was busy so I opted to go inside. Ordered up 2 burritos and was out in 5 minutes. Everything was good for Tacobell standards.Sometimes the drive through isn't the best choice. Get in and get out. No complaints.Definitely recommend this place for a Tacobell experience.
I have had ongoing consistent issues with this Taco Bell including but not limited to: toppings missing from my orders, and not receiving the "extra" ingredients that I request (and they charge for) often including things like extra beef, extra cheese, extra nacho cheese, etc. This store just went through a major remodel and has a very high employee turnover rate. I don't understand how they can still be in business with such poor service.
Me and my boyfriend ordered a taco and burrito cravings pack and 5 layers had no sour cream and one of them questioned is it all of it and then another said whoever made it said there’s sour cream but instead of remaking it asked for side of sour creams. Me and him both worked at Taco Bell. We never questioned we always said would remake it cause that’s what you’re supposed to do. Not question the customer. You get taught customer is always right. Need better customer service and not try to say customers are wrong when there was no sour cream or anything that’s missing it. It should be we will remake that for you. Sorry about that
Food & service were good. I didn't get enough requested taco sauce. Also location is extremely difficult to get in and out of.
I have the great pleasure of eating here about 3 times a week, and have gotten fairly familiar with this location. It's typically quick and accurate service. I've only had an order be incorrect once out of about 50 orders recently.Staff are efficient and kind, and the facility is clean.
Horrible customer service skills. I drive for a delivery service & went to pick up an order. Previously u went inside to pick up here, but not tonight apparently. I went to the door to see a woman leaning against a pole talking on the phone. She could see me but ignored me. I knocked & she waved me away. ??? I knocked again and she blatantly sighed and came to the door telling me to go through the drive thru before she even opened the door. I knew my delivery was ready bc I was notified it was & there was a bag sitting on the counter. I told her this & she still tried to tell me to go through the drive thru. I said the order is right there. She threw her arms up in the air, rolled her eyes, shook her head, let the door shut on me & walked into the back where she then had another employee bring out that bag on the counter. That rude employee on the phone, her name is Nikki. She is an employee who is representing your restaurant. I would think long & hard about that. She was entirely too comfortable treating me like I was a burden for coming there asking for what you sell. Very very disappointed in Nikki & even more so in the manager of this taco bell for allowing this type of behavior.
Worst general manager (Emily) ever!!! My husband and I ordered thru Grubhub, our first mistake. When we received it we were missing several items and then we ordered 2 bean burritos with extra onion. I have been ordering bean burritos with extra red sauce and extra onion for nearly 20 years and I have never gotten anything that looked like this. I posted pictures because it looked like they took the container of onions and just poured them out on both my burritos. I called and I spoke to Scott the manager who was extremely helpful and nice and offered to remake the food for us and put in the food that was missing. Well I’ve been stuck in bed with a shattered ankle and it snowed the next day so I wasn’t able to make it for a few days. When I went in I got stuck with Emily. From the start she was rude saying she would call Scott herself ok fine. Then after a few minutes go by she comes back with a bag and says just so you understand when you order extra onion it always looks like that so if you don’t want that much onion don’t ask for extra. Then proceeded to be snappy when I asked if we could order more food saying if we couldn’t tell the lobby is closed and we can go thru the drive through. She wouldn’t listen to anything we said and was so unprofessional and rude. When we said that she was being rude she turned around and pulled her mask down and yelled at her workers that apparently now giving people free food was unprofessional and rude. I paid for everything I received and wasn’t asking for anything for free I was just trying to get what I paid for in the beginning. I have never been treated so poorly by someone who’s job is customer service. Nothing she did made the situation better. She tried to make us feel like we were in the wrong for just trying to get what we paid for initially.
Treated me as if I was a bum! I ordered 3 items. They asked about hot sauces. I said, " Can I please have a handful if all different kinds," which usually works out to be about 5 or 6 packets, for 3 items. Then some hot sauce hording power tripping- manager interrupted the gal and said, " We don't give out handfuls!"I procede up to the window and asked the gal how many THEY ALLOW to give out. She said ONE PACKET per item. I said, can I pay for more?, she said, "No sorry," I asked again, I get a no. ( Like seriously! I'm driving a nice car, I'm 40 years old + I'm asking to pay for an item! ) she said, no and shut the window. First of all, is that one packet per item a policy amongst the entire franchise of Taco Bells? Because I have never been told that before. Second, why can't I buy more? Third, they honestly made me feel as if I was some bum or annoyance because I wanted more than one hot sauce packet per item! I will never go there again!
