Stopped here on a very long drive with my 6 year old daughter. We ordered a couple potato tacos, and asked for no hot sauce. When we pulled up to the window imagine my surprise when I am handed a large bag filled to the brim with various packets of colorful hot sauce. I said ''uhhhhh what'' she said ''your food is in there my love'' so clearly this was an intentional gift from my new sweetheart. I dug to the bottom of my treasure chest of sauces and sure enough the food was all there. I pulled one out of the bag finding it was not wrapped and the potatoes were in fact buried somewhere in the bag. ''Dont worry my love well get you a new one'' I was instantly comforted and as promised promptly delivered a fresh wrapped potato taco as my daughter says ''Dad that was weird'' weird it was. The people working here must be blind because nothing is ever made right and I'm always missing something from my order. So if your business model is to charge me and then not give me food, you're doing a great job. Hope everyone has the day they deserve.
One delivery driver accidentally took our order and they replaced it quickly for free without a fuss, great workers!
Does not accomodate people with disabilities. Dining room is closed, preventing access. Drive thru does not fit large vans. Standing for extended periods while waiting to walk up to the drive thru is not possible.
The start of my experience was the immense greeting by Tawny. Her upbeat voice, positivity and helpfulness was immediately demonstrated. Especially getting off a late and long shift at the local hospital, as a nurse, I was taken back by her amazing customer service from the start. The wait was not long. Upon pulling up to the drive-thru window, Tawny was as genuine, positive and smiling huge. I watched her tend to my payment and order while providing efficient use of her time management to respond to the next customer behind me. As I waited no time at all, I watched another gentleman present my food to her. He was smiling and showing diligence to ensure the order was correct as working with Tawny as a team to meet the needs of the next guest. My order was not only complete, but tasted fresh and great. From beginning to end it was an incredible experience worth noting and to take time to thank this incredible team and to ensure their customer service and demonstrating of quality in character is noted to you all. I cannot wait to visit this location again.
Well the owners should be thrilled with their employees at the Gateway location tonight. They are saving them every possible penny by making sure there is zero heat in the dining area, and by making all portions as tiny as possible. My taco shell was delightful, but I was also kind of hoping for some meat and cheese or I would have just had chips.

This Taco Bell, by Gateway Mall was great. They were fast, nice and pleasant and didn't treat me as if I were a bum or an annoyance, such as the location on 42nd near Planet Fitness, because I asked for more than one sauce packet per Item, then after being told "NO" I asked to purchase more sauce packets and had the window closed in my face.
I like my breakfast burrito the way I like it customized with green sauce light on the potatoes extra tomato and cheese. The food is great at my taco bell ? .
Got the steak power bowl...was very yummy.. would have given them another star but it's the second time they didn't put a plastic fork in the bag..and would have been nice to have more than one napkin... otherwise pretty good customer service..
