I love Taco Bell, in fact I worked there from age 16 to age 21.The only thing I don't go quiet so often now, because they took away the original green sauce and replace it with one that tastes like a tin can. TACO BELL....Please bring back the green sauce. My whole family refuses to buy from them now. We loved the green sauce.
I'm shocked by how much this taco bell doesn't like customers. The lobby was colder than outside and it's raining outside today. We could see our breath! When asked why the lobby is cold the employee says they have to keep it cold so that the employees feel comfortable in the back. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUSI'm not against keeping employees comfortable so they can work but making the lobby 45-50 degrees is not the way to do it.I will never NEVER go back. Service was slow, food was fine but you couldn't ask for anything because no one manned the counter.
This used to be my favorite taco bell location in town. They were friendly, fast and accurate.They are still mostly friendly. But accuracy is hit or miss and speed is way down. My last visit, I was in the drive thru for over an half hour, this one I've been waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes and my kiosk order still hasn't hit the counter.I am totally willing to be patient and wait a bit, but if I'm going to spend an hour for a meal, I'm going to a sit down restaurant.
We ordered 6 hot and 3 milds... dear manager I see potential for staff counseling LOL. I am sure they meant well. Very disappointing they would not take our order at the counter and forced us to use machines.
So I used the app and they have BOGO hard tacos occasionally or other deals. I got the offer no problem leaving lettuce off both.I Went to car and SO wanted a drink so she went in to pay cash. Due to short staffing the person in charge said use the kiosk and just went right back to the line with out letting her say just a drink.As she is autistic she has trouble speaking up against people so we just left.Another day I was there eating a meal inside and a younger person took time to help older people who didn't know how to use the kiosk that the other person told them to use.I get using a kiosk but if paying cash or not comfortable would be nice to not just be flat ignored.
I love using their app to place and pay for my orders. Makes picking up at the drive thru easy. Average speed for the line depending on time of day.
Will not be returning. Have actively seen the drive through worker arguing with people in the drive through line, telling them to square up. I live close by and they have never gotten our order correct. Every time they give us a bag and none of what’s in it is from our order.
I wouldn't even give them one star. Bad customer service. Completely messed up my order plus others came in same problem. The part that ticked me off was an elderly woman came in n didn't greet her instead yelled order on the kiosk . Which clearly the elderly lady didn't know what to do...I get short staffed cuz they kept saying it . Plus it was 2pm n breakfast menu was still up in drive thru.
Went through drive thru at 1015pm. Ordered 2 soft combo burrito supremes with sour cream, diet soda, 2 soft taco supremes and a strawberry freeze. 1 car ahead of us, no one behind us. Got home and had 4 soft taco’s 1 with sour cream, no tomatoes on any. Called the number listed for the store for 30 minutes continuously. Would ring about 15 times then either disconnect, or real high pitch sound. Stopped calling about 11:00pm.
Worst Taco Bell anywhere. 6 -7 cars ahead of me. 25 minutes until I could order. Requested extra napkins. Sealed bag had been opened. No napkins at all. Tacos have barely any meat. Maybe a teaspoon of sour cream. 90 % lettuce. Waste of money. Never will go back.
