CURBSIDE ORDER, 30 MIN and still no sandwiches, had to wait inside and they gave me 3 wrong drinks. Never come here unless you want to wait and get the wrong food.
One of the most arrogant, worst managers I've experienced. Was extremely rude to me, and then the next customer, and she lost any and all future business from me and my associates. 42nd street is 10 times better, and the employees deserve the support more then this communist ran franchise. As a home owner in Thurston, I'm extremely disappointed in this business.

Constantly messing up my sandwiches. The last one was missing cheese and was toasted when I didn't want that. Another was missing lettuce and one had three pieces of bacon on it and tasted like I was eating a soggy lettuce sandwich.
I literally came in at rush hour with 7 orders and they had no complaints or problems with that many orders on a short notice and were very patient as I read off each individual sandwich from a written list and they knocked them down as quickly as I laid them out!
