Do not order online and expect it to be ready on time. I placed an order, waited 15 min, got the notification it was ready, and went in to grab it, except there was nothing in the "online order" rack. Took 5 min for the staff to look up from the drive thru order they were making, and once acknowledged, they said they hadn't started it! They did not apologize, just said, "yeah, got really slammed." Once they finally started the order, they broke the knife they were using and never tried to find another knife. So after an extra 27min passed the "ready" notification, they tossed the bag of 2 sandwiches on the counter, no apology, not even eye contact. When I get home & my husband and sit down to eat, the sandwiches are a complete mess, oozing condiments despite saying to go light on it, and most of the toppings were falling out. I wish I could say I'm surprised, but this was the 2nd chance I gave this location, I will not give a 3rd. They need to either eliminate the drive thru or online order, because this location obviously cannot handle all options.
Great Veggie sandwich. Lots of Sriracha sauce...yumm. I always go back for more.

waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, after they had just helped the car in front of me. I dont mind waiting, i get its busy. but after 20 minutes of waiting I was told "too many people had come in the store and too many online orders had come in" and they wouldn't be helping me or the car behind me. told them they should've told me that before I waited 20 minutes. understaffed and just bad service.

Waited in the drive thru for fifteen minutes at 5pm for nobody to take my order because they forgot I was there, I guess when they say "one moment" it means they aren't going to take your order.update*7/17/21 I walked in the store to nobody waited for a few minutes then when they came out one guy was in the back playing on his phone came out saying a game was too addicting and the other was in the restroom, understandable. I almost called 911 thinking the place was robbed.

Store its self not to bad. But the subway app made my sandwich that was to be toasted untoasted.
Went in this morning and got a wonderful sandwich. The girl working was dealing with morning rush all by herself. Unfortunately my egg was cold the first time around, but she handled the situation politely and respectfully and remade my sandwich. I appreciated her good customer service and am very happy with my sandwich. ?
Had to leave without food. Found out Ripnho is a spokesperson. Used to eat lunch here. Not anymore
