Went through the drive thru on 6/2/22 in the evening and it took literally 30 minutes to get through the drive thru, even though there was no one in front of me. I have 3 different cars behind me who backed out of the drive thru and went somewhere else because it took so long. In addition to the wait time, they ended up being out of a few things, so I couldn't get a sandwich I wanted. And the employee made an entirely wrong sandwich. It'll be a while before I visit again.
You need to understand the background first - Easter and we’re hungry. We order through the app, takes our order and payment, says everything is being made, just like I expected. Go to the drive through at the time they said it’s be ready, waited 10 minutes and no one responds. Drive around to the front doors, locked. Lights out. No sign as to what’s happening. App says my sandwiches are ready. It that’s impossible, so I call the store, no answer. Email and get a response telling me that they’re closed on Easter and corporate forgot to close the app. But no signs in the door?? A 30 second note would have been oh-so-helpful. General manager says I can come pick up my refund at my earliest convenience (so…couldn’t refund my card?!), so when I go down a few hours later, workers have absolutely no clue what I’m talking about. Long story short, had to come back AGAIN the next day to explain to yet another worker who had no idea what was going on and had to call general manager to get me my money.Today, a few weeks later, we decided to give them another shot. We were fools. Side note - I had to wait a while till I cooled down to write this review. Ordered through the app, went to drive through “to save time”. First car moved forward after 5 minutes, car in front of me took 36 minutes until they took their order. 36 minutes. I can’t back out because some other unknowing soul is behind me, so even though the car in front of me asked if my order was ready and the workers said yes, I still had to wait 10 more minutes while that cars sandwiches weee made. My toasted sandwiches were anything but. At least the worker told me to have a nice day.I do want to say thank you, for you’ve absolutely helped me decide where I’ll eat next time. 100% won’t be here. Ever. Jersey Mike’s is sounding pretty amazing right now.

The gentleman working the drive through was very short with me. I asked him how his day was and he said “ alright, how about yours?” When I told him I was having a great day he said, and get this. Good for you!
The employees lack customer service skills and lack common sense when it comes to working on a food lineSeeming confused in what they are doing at the moment in their job at hand scatter brained.And don't wash their hands properly handling tge register and my foodAs I had to ask them to wash their hands 2x.Subway is lacking in quality starting at there employees
Very unprofessional staff..cursing in front of customers, bad mouthing other customers after they leave and the service is very slow. Took 45 minutes to get my order.
I cannot believe how slow the drive through is here. They don't care at all if you wait upwards of 15min in line, BEFORE you even place your order. It's unbelievable and unacceptable to go for a drive thru sandwich, and have it take more than 30minutes. Furious right now, and Subway does Nothing to make up for an insane wait time.
Disrespectful Employees when asked why they were adding tips to transactions without customers consent. I have gone to this Subway for years and will not be returning again.
