It's another Starbucks, although I feel like the quality varies here. Usually I'm pleased with my drink, although there have been times in which they go overboard with the chocolate
I ordered my flat white through the mobile online ordering and when I came in to get it nobody acknowledged me or asked me what I needed.The drink wasn’t out on the platform so I waited politely for several minutes. The barista never looked up.It would’ve been a more pleasant experience if I had been acknowledged when I arrived rather than wait around 5-10 minutes being ignored.Ultimately, I had to be the one to go up to the order counter and find out what was going on. Turns out my coffee was ready the whole time, the barista just didn’t put it out on the pick up platform. ? Coffee was still warm though!Next time I’ll be more assertive when I walk in to this location. It seems they’ve had a couple issues with customer service in the past just looking at the other reviews. Not trying to bash anyone but this was my experience. Thanks!
It's Starbucks. Staff are always friendly but this location kind of sucks to get to as a pedestrian and driving which is why sometimes I don't like going here.
Courtney and Alexus are the best so friendly and fun
My son goes there more than I do. I enjoy it when I can afford it.

Telling your customers they "must be confused" when ordering a drink that is straight off your menu is not good customer service. If you don't know all the Starbucks drinks, admitting it and KINDLY offering something else or to even review the ingredients that are on the app is a much better solution then talking down and over your customers. I've attached an image of the Pumpkin Spice Creme straight from the Starbucks app menu, which is the drink the lady taking my order so adamantly denied existed.
