We recently discovered that my daughter has a gluten & dairy allergy. I asked the barista what drinks they had for people with allergies. She told me Starbucks has no allergy menu. Frustrated I drove to a different Starbucks. They were very helpful and told me they could substitute oat milk for dairy & substitute syrup for sauce. I strongly recommend the Starbucks on Pioneer Parkway. The baristas there are actually helpful.
Often employees do not care about Extra Hot in case of CHAI LATTE , Today I visited here and repeatedly request for Extra Hot in Chai Latte order. It was ready in a minute ,picked up ,and drove my semi truck to I 5 Seattle WA while coming from California.Long haul driver s hot chai during a stop !!!!!!!
Still shut down for COVID. No indoor seating. Required masks. The rest of the country has moved on, why haven't you?
Have not been in to a Starbucks for almost two years. Drove a bit further to take advantage of drive-up with no money exchange (except one-way cash tip). Order was perfect, customer service the best. Thank you ? Will visit again.
I dont go to this Starbucks much because they are all rude and they don't listen to instructions a iced white mocha is supposed to have whip unless asked for it to not have whip Any barista will tell you that Unless the barista works at this Starbucks And then to top it off they'd like to modify my order without my permission every timeI order a small and they always wanna put it in a Grande I don't wanna GrandeIf I wanted a Grande I would have ordered one And the only reason I come to this Starbucks at all is because the Starbucks I originally go to closes at 8 PM and I like my coffee at night timeAlsoThis Starbucks can use friendlier people I have not met one friendly person at this StarbucksAt allAnd there's one girl there that works at night timeShe will argue with me about my drink she has blond hair really shortBlonde hairShe tells me that she's not gonna remake my drink so I always ask for somebody that's higher than HerbIf I was Starbucks corporation I would definitely shut this Starbucks downUntil they learned respect respect customer service and how to make a Starbucks Coffee
This Starbucks is nice. Busy location but fast service. Sometimes frustrating when it's super busy.
Even though they were busy we were served pretty quickly.

Consistently get my order wrong (like giving me a Frappuccino instead of a hot latte on a FREEZING cold morning), this time the barista would not admit she heard me wrong and would not remake it, I was going to drive around and get a hot one but decided it's not even worth it.
Courtney, Andrea and Alexis are outstanding and the best service ever!!!
