Food quality and level of service has dropped significantly. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger toaster with no tomato. What I received was a burger patty between two completely smashed pieces of square bread missing almost all of the ingredients. There was no lettuce, no onion ring, and no cheese. When I asked about it, I got put on hold and was told they were busy. Almost 7 dollars for this?!?! Super sloppy, overpriced, and no quality control. No thank you
You go to sonics for the atmosphere, to pretend you are in the fifties (but not racist). This spot keeps up the fun, and serves food quickly even when the stalls are full. At the end of the day, it's still a fast food place, and it's food tastes what it's worth; which is to say not very. But if you wanted delicious food, you wouldn't be there, would you. 4/5 Elvis songs
I am honestly not the type to leave reviews of restaurants or businesses but I'm sitting here in the drive up on a Sunday afternoon and they have twelve cars in the drive through and the majority of the drive up stalls are full. With how busy they are I would have waited twenty min or more for my food and I wouldn't complain. I got my food in less than 5 minutes, I am thoroughly impressed.
Sometimes it's hit and miss with this place. I go early in the morning right after they open, and the morning crew is pretty consistent. Best breakfast burritos! I always get the ultimate breakfast burrito with bacon. Yesterday, was def the best breakfast burrito I've had in a very long time. :)
Honestly I feel like Sonic has declined in food quality and service over the years. The frys and chicken always taste like old fryer oil, milkshakes are always way too thick. Their slushies still won't disappoint though.My most recent time ordering they took my order then didn't put it in, so I pressed the order button again and asked them to correct the order, they said they would, and came out with it wrong anyway. Then they told me to press the button for a third time to order, so I did. They then gave me a sprite that was half lemonade. ? support a local place that cares about its customers like Chicken Bonz or Toxic Burgers and Frys.
Looks like the powers that be finally fixed the app so you can order from the Springfield Oregon location. About time. Ok so the only 3 when it easily can and should be a 5 however I know that the workers had to have seen us pull up into a covered spot when we drove in I didn't see any sign stating not to use the covered spots and there was an employee tending to a customer also the bays were lit up like they were still serving. Nope they waited till we hit that red button was greeted with that they are only serving the drive thru and the patio...heads up signage or even better yet turn the lights off in the bays...?
I redid this review to add some substance. Ive been ordering Ocean Water for over 20 years now and it’s one of my favorites, got some grape added and it was good. Reese’s blast and a #1. All very good, classic Sonic. Plus Sonic burgers are one of the only few that doesn’t provoke bubble guts…
I thought I would try Sonic again after work tonight, I ordered the number 2 meal w/fries and a drink. I go park and pull the fries out and they're not even hot, luke warm at best, definitely not fresh at all. I work in the food service industry, and if I served my customers food that wasn't hot, we wouldn't have any business. This is the last time that I go to sonic, ever!!!
First time trying Sonic food and I'm surprised to say that their burgers are better than Carl's Jr. I'll be back!
