The all you can eat salad bar was pretty disappointing. They offer far less than I remember them having last time I was there. The only hot food they have is deep fried and over cooked. Even the tacos were disappointing. The taco meat was more like thick chili. The best part was the fruit. It was ripe and sweet. Also our server was a plus, she was very friendly, attentive, and happy go lucky personality.

DO NOT GO!It's been a a significant amount of time since I've even been to a sizzler, but I will never go back to this location. Our experience started as we ordered the lunch buffet. Horrible mistake we should have just stopped at some fast food.Upon paying for our meal and locating a place to sit. We immediately set our belongings down and anxiously rushed to the bufffet to grab food. To our surprise there were 3-4 options really to choose from other than salad. Even the salad bar was extremely limited. The lettuce was wilted nothing was labeled and it was a complete mess. No tomatoes, carrots very disappointing and not one of the dressing options was even identifiable..Moving on to see that the other options were we discovered that the"hot" food bar consisted of Luke warm nacho cheese and stale corn chips alongside a mysterious meat that appeared to be extremely dead as a gas station deep fried burrito that sat for 5 hours under the heat lamp would be more appealing.I just grabbed some chips and cheese and went to take take my seat. Upon sitting back down at a table we choose, so while i was waiting for others in out group to come back, the waitress brought back a large group for what appeared to be a birthday celebration. As she started to seat them they glance In my direction and the waitress looks back at me and then attempts to discreetly say don't worry ill move her. I was stunned and immediately appalled by this. So I get up and gather my belongings and the waitress turns around and says oh don't worry I'll move your stuff for you.. I was speechless. We left about 10 minutes after.So if you value any sort of customer service or want quality food then just continue to drive right on past this place. ?

Worst place I eat since I'm here in Oregon. I don't care to spend 100+ every time I take family to dinner but this was out of words. First we ask for our steak well done, was not. We told the waitress and to our surprise, what they did ?? They took all three steaks from our table after we cut it with the used utensil and bring it back to the kitchen to cooked better. Come on this is against health guide standards.( My wife is a chef and we own a restaurant in the past) Not talking we are in the middle of a critic situation with the pandemic. I went to the front counter because wd didn't get drink refills and the person at front told me: Sir please go back to your table, the waitress will bring refills...... still waiting, they never brought the refills. I won't go there to eat even if it was for free. People be advised, they don't follow health protocols. Even fast foods don't take food back from your car once is handled fo you.

:( Sizzler was one of my favorite places to go for dinner, until my last visit. I watched one of the employees wipe down a table, drop the washcloth on the floor and continue to wipe down the table with that same washcloth, right next to my table. He didn't even react like it was a big deal and went on to the next table to wipe down.I'm sorry but if I was cleaning tables and I dropped my wet washcloth on the floor, (the second table next to the high traffic area to the food bar) I'd go get a clean washcloth to continue to wipe the tables clean. :(

We ordered the Italian Herb Chicken, and salad bar. Got full on the excellent salad bar, took the chicken home. My wife said her chicken was okay, but mine was notably dry. Disappointed in it, when I finally ate it. Very unusual for the Sizzler.

Is sizzler food is good. One of the problems you always got a contact an employee to remind them to clear up the tables so there's a place you can sit down.. And a hot food are you can eat salad like the chicken it runs out out so you wait and wait and finally I'm finally ask someone it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to get it out. Then it's gone again because it don't bring enough chicken out. Like clam chowder soup was out so I had Is to flag someone down on that.. Normally they give you free toast or garlic bread and we had to ask for that. And there was no more crab salad II had to ask for that Plus they were out of putting by that time I gave up Other words everything else was good the food as always But this is always happened all since I've been going to sizzler or they don't keep up on their food and get it out fast enough when it's empty.

The only open salad bar in town right now according to the staff. We enjoyed our meals. The staff are great people and always remember us.

I have been going to sizzler in Springfield on Gateway for the past 40 years. I am so happy that they still exist. I love the fact that they kept the outside and inside the same all these years. You know how they remodeled places and then somehow the food is bad, so some restaurants have a New building and bad food boy am I glad that Sizzler stayed the same and the food is the same, delicious, great quality and great service. I enjoyed my meal add the salad bar is amazing. I recommend everyone go to Sizzler for a delicious meal and wonderful experience. Thank you Sizzler and Staff. See you soon. Mert & Friends. Very good salad bar. Granddaughter really liked it. Probably would have been a 5 had the ice milk been ice cream and some more deserts.Chicken wings were fantastic

I called to ask if an order I was picking up was ready before heading to this location and the girl over the phone said “you have got to be kidding me” and after they told me it was ready I was hung up on. When I got there I asked why that was a weird question to ask and they said no one asks them that and I said they could have told me that instead of giving me an attitude and the lady literally blew a raspberry at me and another waitress said well don’t come back then as I was walking out. I’ll be contacting corporate sizzler. Terrible
