Waited there waiting to be seated. There was another line of people trying to pay for their meals. After 5 minutes another set of people came in one of which walked around me and asked if there was a waiting list. She was informed that there wasn't. She went back and took a seat in the waiting area. One of the waiters finally showed up didn't even look and me and tilted her body to look at the people behind me and asked how many. She said 3 so the waiter told her she had a table open for them. Turns out she knew the waiter. There was plenty of open table for my son and I. We had been standing there patiently waiting and was completely ignored. I just walked out without a word. I am a very understanding person especially if it looks like it's busy but I don't tolerate being ignored so that friends are welcomed before others.

Came in for Father's day, after being turned away at Busy Bee, and they got us in within 15 minutes. The waiter was very friendly, and the food was delicious. For being a holiday they got the food to us quickly.

They were very busy due to the graduation at the University of Oregon, and were clearly understaffed, but the service was pretty good. The coffee was hot and tasty, I got the tomato and avocado eggs Benedict and it was perfect! The avocado was ripe and the egg was wonderful. My hashbrowns were nice and crispy as well.

Met some friends there last Sunday as it was convenient for them on their way down I-5. We waited 20 minutes to get seated in a restaurant with more empty tables than customers. When that finally happened, we waited 15 more minutes for a server to come along. We were planning to have pie and coffee. The restaurant does have the word Pie in its name. However, they had 3 varieties. We ordered cherry. When the pie finally came the serving was about the size of a postage stamp. There may have been a cherry buried in the crust somewhere, but I couldn't find it. The restaurant itself was filthy. There was food on the floor everywhere you looked. At least the coffee was drinkable. My advice would be to go to IHOP one block away. Just say'n.

The chicken fingers were dry and hard like they'd been sitting and rewarmed. There was a black hair in one of the plates. The queso sauce for the chips had developed a skin on top from sitting. The chicken quesadillas had the kind of diced chicken you toss on a salad and only a little cheese and chicken at the tip of each. $28.05 before tip. Waitress has to make a living, so we gave her a $6 tip. A little over 20%

Our waitress was running her butt off and was not getting enough respect or acknowledgement. Food was normal Shari's food not spectacular but not horrible at the same time. I mean it's the same food where ever you go but be nice to your servers! They don't have to be nice to you, they choose to!!

I remember Shari's beeing bomb when I was growing up and traveling. But upon this trip I was not impressed the waitress was not excited to be at work. She put my eating utensil on the table not on a clean service, we had to ask for refills the lack of personality was a bummer. She seamed annoyed to be asked for something. Once we got our food she never cane back. It was very cold outside and they had the fans on. It was soCold inside that it cooled my hot food down so fast.

So I hope the owner sees this but your restrooms are filthy! Why do you need a security code when it’s no better than a gas station outhouse needing a key to get in. I know this isn’t 5 star dining but have some self respect & put some money back into your business. I feel sorry for the employees who have to work there- the place shows a lack of respect for the people your employing. Gave the waitress a big tip- sorry she had to work in that environment

50/50 on whether the food tastes good or not. Either its really good and made with love or it tastes like it was reheated with a soggy washcloth covering.Multiple times I've been here I've overheard managers making rude comments about the coworkers or just being flat out rude to them...The management culture here is terrible. Learn to treat your workers with respect and learn some respect for your own sake. The atmosphere here is always negative.Rushed us through our order and didn't give us a side option, just gave us a random side.Cold coffee with no cream.

The service was amazing and the staff was very polite and held conversation with each table. The food wasn't very impressive but the pie was the best I've ever had. I ordered the Dutch apple pie, one of the few pies of theirs not to receive a ribbon, and it was the best pie I've ever had.
