I order here often last few times horrible. Last month it took several phone calls over 2 hours . Different answers each call. Offered free pizza. Finally pizza came 2 hrs later.I ordered tonight not using my free one from last time and the delivery driver....hmmWanted my ID and credit card before she would give me our pizza....same delivery girl who claimed last time she got lostI asked her why she needed ID and credit card she said it's policy a lot of pizza fraud...What? Pizza fraud? Bye round table never again
Went in tonight at 5 pm. Was the only family/people there for dine in. There were 7 of us. At 6:15 our Pizzas still weren't ready. Then we here them say they had to remake 1 for dine in. We ended up leaving. No matter what you always take care of your dine in customers. We go there about once a month since we moved to Oregon. We spend alot of money on food and drinks there. Never again
Excellent pizza and the garlic twists are easily the best thing on the menu. I really like the atmosphere as well. We attended a birthday party there and used the reserved party room. It was quiet which was a plus for a kids party. So many other venues are ridiculously loud.
Great service and really good wings. Pizza was also good.
I'm unimpressed. I could have eaten mall pizza that was just as good. The "large" pizza we paid 28 bucks for was just about enough for 2 people. Quite frankly, when we pay 35 bucks for a large at Papa's, we get enough for 4 or more people. There is just so much more value at other pizza joints. This was thin and minimally appointed. Just no. This was not good pizza and certainly not good pizza for the money. I'm sincerely disappointed. Make a bigger, more robust pizza for that kind of money folks!
I will say its been a while but last time I was there it was awesome. Even during the pandemic they where following the rules and still making really good pizza. Maybe its the nostalgia of Round Table pizza but I like it, want more of it and hope to achieve that soon.
Pizza was good and that's the best I can say for the place, we got price gouged, next customer in line had same issue and had the manager explain why and was told their signs weren't updated due to covid. Place was in bad need of cleaning and updating, service was ok.
Won't be going back. We went to pizza on Friday the 12th of November for dine in. We called ahead of time to make sure they were doing dine-in. There were a total of 4 families in the building. I went to order my food and wasn't able to use the rewards because their system was down. I get that is nothing they have control over but it was annoying. I ordered a medium cheese pizza for my two sons and I. It took an hour. My sister ordered garlic twists they took an hour and a half and her pizza took two hours. It was strange our food was taking so long. But then we realized they were prioritizing phone, online, and mobile orders over there dine-in customers. This is extremely frustrating and inconsiderate. We won't be returning to round table again because of this terrible customer service. There are better ways to treat your customers. I'm sure alternating between online and dine-in would have been a better option. We saw many pizzas go out the door as we waited for an hour for ours. My sisters eventually switched her food to take out as we had somewhere to be and we thought arriving two hours before our event was enough time to eat. I don't recommend round table at all.
There is a major price difference between the app and the cost at the restaurant. Customer service was terrible, we had to wait almost two hours for our food and dine in. They prioritize delivery over who is in the restaurant. The restaurant is just super ghetto looking. We won’t be going back. Honestly if you’re looking for pizza like this just go to Abby’s.
