DO NOT APPLY FOR A JOB HERE!When I first applied I was asked to come in for an interview by Josh. At the interview he said he liked me and that he needs adults on his team to supervise all the kids on staff but would need a little time to find space on the crew. Josh calls back a few weeks later saying there's no space and he could try to get me work at the one on the other side of town. By then I had accepted another job that payed (papa Murphy's pays minimum wage) more but I really wanted to work there so I agreed to the low pay and hours to start. After I agreed to take the job Josh called a few days later and said he was going on vacation ( didn't bother to try to onboard new staff before he left or let me know before I left another job that he would be gone... So I waited but not really because it took two days to find another job after I called the store on the day Josh said he would be back and they said he wouldn't be back for three more days. I took the other job. It pays several dollars more and has responsible management staff. When Josh finally called today thinking he was going to start my training... Or maybe to string me along more I don't know because as soon as I answer he goes into "I don't know if I told you I was taking PTO" like I'm the idiot. I told him he said he would be back the 11th and today is the 15th. I attempted to explain that if he wants employees who are adults he should hire in a timely manner because only kids can afford to wait months to get a minimum wage part time job but he hung up on me. Hopefully the owner sees this and teaches his manager to treat people with respect or no one will stick around for the bad pay and hours they offer.
Over an hour to wait on 1 pizza after ordering ahead! WHAT A JOKE OF A PIZZA PLACE! Highly recommend driving to any other location as it seems to only be this one.
Papa Murphys Pizza tastes great. But there's something to be said about a well prepared crust. And I can't say that about theirs... it's to be expected that a small air bubble or 2 forms up in the baking process, but this is ridiculous... not to mention the crust is constantly sticking to the tray... anyways, this isn't the first time I've had a poor pizza experience from this store, but this is by far the worst yet...
If the young man taking my order is unable to properly wear a mask how can I trust him to wash his hands after going to the bathroom.
Amazing service and very friendly and nice cashier and the pizza is delicious. Got the double bacon cheddar.
The last few pizzas we have ordered from this location have been stuck to the bottom of the card baking sheet after baking, making the slices impossible to remove after cutting.
Classic bake at home pizza is always great, but this location needs some work. With 7-9 people working all at once I waited 40 minutes for a grubhub order that they said would be ready in 15. Staff was not attentive or helpful, all of them seemed stressed. Better management necessary.Edit: after expressing my frustrations Kathy made it right, and redeemed Murphys with a free smores bar.
The last 2 times I called in they completely messed up both pizzas. And I know the person taking the order got it right because they repeated it back to me. I get there today to pick up my pizzas and they are laughing about the long wait time. They offer to remake 1 of my pizzas but I didn't have another 45 minutes to wait for them to mess it up again. I say this because about 3 weeks ago I ordered 3 pizzas and they were all 3 wrong too. Last time I took them back and they messed up 2 of the 3 again. I think they should be looking for better employees. 7 out of 8 pizzas that I paid good money for bleh. messed up
Wow let’s tonight was not great josh as a manager you should talk better care of paying customers you gave us two wrong pizzas didn’t even give us a discount we had to wait an extra 15 minutes after already waiting 45 minutes we didn’t even get to keep the pizzas that they messed up on
Everytime I call to place an order I get put on hold for 10-20 minutes until I finally hang up. I'm only ordering 1 pizza.
