Manager was in a foul mood, said I was rude and that I was running my mouth. All I wanted was the thick crust pizza that I ordered. I didn't say anything except that he didn't have to be rude. The poor girl employee was obviously embarrassed. This guy has no business working in customer service. I did nothing wrong. I asked for my money back and I got $17 of my $18.70 back. I was really shocked by his attitude. I didn't even raise my voice. Feel like I never will go back to this Papa Murphys location. Worst experience ever.
This is the third time I had to wait over an hour for an online order that was supposed to take 30 minutes. They say not their fault, that they have no control over online orders. Too bad as pizza is good but service sucks.
Tried to call and place an order and was placed on hold until I was hung up on 15 minutes later. I get folks are short staffed and I called 30 min to close, but I live less than 3 minutes away. If I can called make be 15 min to close and they had told me "hey we are closing soon" I'd be more understanding, but I've worked in the service industry for 10 years now...that is not how you keep a business running in my opinion
I am hard of hearing, but can read lips. They were very respectful and the people i were taking to pulled down their masks so I could communicate with them and order, even if they were talking a lot slower than normal.It was very nice having understanding people, where most don't understand when I tell them I can read lips and don't bother with trying to help.Thank you for being helpful.
I went to get my pizza and they had sold it to some one else then told me they would have to remake it and they don't take 100 dollar bills so I had to go get change came back and the attitude was less the friendly never was there an I am sorry. When I said it should have been discounted Raylynn say that's not how it's done and turned her back on me and started talking to someone else. Just rude behavior
Love their creamy garlic white sauce. Good thin crust. Love the take and bake aspect. Good quality all around.
The pizza was great. My issue is with online ordering. I ordered it 20 mins prior to arriving and set it up as drive thru to make it quick. It wasn't ready...or even started. The place looked well staffed but it still took them another 20 mins to make 2 pizzas one of which was just cheese.
Where to begin? First, there was no posting online or the store they would be closed Christmas eve. So, I ordered pizza for dinner and only learned when I arrived to pick it up that they were closed. I've tried to call the store (which is another nightmare in and of itself) to have the nearly $50 refunded to no avail. I've emailed corporate and also received no response. Then there's the phone issue. It's almost impossible for them to answer and when they do they'll put you on long holds. There's also been random days during the week that they're closed due to not having staff and they won't post anything. Tonight was the final straw. Called ahead and ordered a pizza and a classic cheesy bread. No fancy requests. All we asked for was extra toppings. Did we get that? No. Then while picking it up we were informed that we're out of the classic cheesy bread and all the man said was "this is all we have and it's better". I personally prefer the classic over the deep dish so that's really just his own opinion. If they were out of the classic, they should've told us. Bottom line, this has been the worst Papa Murphy's location I've ever dealt with. Please avoid at all costs.
I called to place an order and was on hold for around 15 minutes until it switched to corporate recording.So then since i don't live but 5 minutes away i drove there to order it and when i got there not one person was in the store except for 5 employees and all were standing around talking i walked up to order and had to wait for them to finish there conversation about separation anxiety before i could order. I use to love coming here. Until today. Showed up after I was told my order was going to be ready and was told that it was still going to take another 20 to 30 min. The manager in charge was uncaring and blamed everything on the website. He kept making excuses why my one pizza wasn't even started after 40 minutes. The customer service this store needs some help. I have always loved papa Murphy pizza, but I am so tired of the service. Either they need to fix the website or they need to retrain their employees. But something needs to happen. I am not sure I will come back to this one again.
