Wonderful service at the drive thru! The person taking payment, Morgan, saw mg pup and offer him a pup treat…whipped cream with bacon❤️. Then they noticed my little human in the back and have her a cookie❤️. They didn’t know it but there kindness was very much needed today! Thank you ❤️

It was gross. Don't waste your money on the family you love. Sad. It was so good at one time. Gateway mall panera is disgusting. I wouldn't feed it to my enemies. How rude for those people to sell food to anyone. I called to talk to a manager and I never got through. They are disrespectful and have no empathy for others. I would show you a picture but it won't let me.

Not that this will matter, but why don't they answer their phone?I had to go back a second time, because they forgot half the order the first time. I go back and not only tell the woman taking order's of the problem, but had to repeat it again, at the window.Stupid me, they hand me this huge bag, and i didn't check it, because I was crunched on time, and get home to discover that they again forgot an item, and gave me a wrong bagel, and cream cheese that was damaged .A truly disappointing experience.I would love for them to figure out how to fix their issue's!!

Tiny sandwiches. over-priced. Not very tasty

When I entered, nobody behind the counter to greet me, or to answer questions. A man, working on a machine told me somebody would help me soon. When the girl did appear, she was not friendly. I purchased a pastry then dinner. ( the pastry, which I ate today,turns out to be stale) Nobody told me that the food would not be brought to the table. I waited and waited. I finally went to the back to find my order sitting there. It was a sandwich on the wrong bread. I asked if they could switch it out. She said yes, and I continued to wait and wait. I had to ask again. The sandwich was dry, the bread is no longer the grainy flavorful bread I had known before the pandemic. I used to eat there on a regular basis. I won't be back.

Generally I am a fan of Panera, not this store though. There were multiple people waiting on food for way longer than making a sandwich should take. What is the point of having rapid ordering if nothing about it is rapid? Most of the employees were standing around contributing nothing.. smart of them to have you leave a tip before hand because the service is trash. This store needs to work on training the employees better.

If I could leave no stars I would. We ordered a company lunch through Panera's website to be delivered. The order was over $140.00 getting delivered through door dash. Panera confirmed the order and door dash sent a driver there. 45 minutes after the order was placed and accepted, we received a notification the order was cancelled! We contacted door dash support to see what happened. Apparently, the order was cancelled because the restaurant "didn't confirm the order" even though the order tracker showed the order as confirmed and in the making. Door dash would not or could not refund the $140 because we placed the order through the restaurant's website. We called Panera for over an hour and a half trying to get someone on the phone to see what happened and confirm the credit card would be refunded. The phone just rang and rang before disconnecting. AN HOUR AND A HALF of calling the restaurant (that is listed as open on door dash and google) and no one answered. Will not be going to Panera again – even if my company is paying for it.

Came through drive through to get a BBQ chicken sandwich and a tea they asked me half or a whole and then gave me a salad and Tea in a bag. When I came home I realized I had the wrong food..... I tried to call but it seems they just turn off their phone at dinner because they know they mess everything up and they don't want to deal with the consequences of their inaccuracies. Terrible looking salad by the way....

I like Panera, it's reliable comfort food at a reasonable price and the staff at this location are always lovely. The coffee pass is a great deal if you are regularly near by.

Please panera update your staff or train them better!! Your wait time to get food is out of hand. 30-45 min in the drive through is not ok. I watch your staff when in panera or at the window, no one seems to know what they are doing, they are always slow, flirting, talking, and just lagging.. I see 1 worker being focused while others just bop around. I understand your not a fast food place, but your taking longer then restaurants and this has been months!!! Half the time my order isnt complete or just slopped together. I watch other customers are just as irritated!!!!
